I don't think Jones ever loved 'Blackburn'.

Well from what we have been told he's a Rovers fan through and through..who knows.

Rooney was a mad Everton fan and probably hated United until he turned professional. I can imagine that once you are heavily involved in football your opinion of other clubs probably changes.

You get that for Man United V Wigan?

Put it this way, if I go into the pub at 5oclock after Rovers have played and Man Utd are playing Wigan, i'l keep an eye on the game whilst chatting and I'l keep an interest in it and comment on various incidents. Christ, me and my mate sat and watched Sunderland vs Middlesbrough yesterday and enjoyed a discussion all the way through it. I even forced myself to sit through that bloody Palace v Cardiff second leg last week, that was dreadful.

However if instead of the Utd Wigan game, we get Madrid vs Gijon or Roma vs Napoli I couldn't care less what happens.. You could turn the tv off for all I care.

Its funny because when I talk about football, all of my mates are going on about these players that might be coming to the PL and how good they are e.g. Eden Hazard, Pato blah blah.. I've never seen them play, it doesn't interest me. Premier League football is my passion, hence me probably not wanting to leave England.

I know what you mean there, Jimmy.

I don't even bother watching stuff like Barca vs Madrid, Milan vs Inter or any Champions League football, because it just doesn't interest me at all.

The Premiership really is the most exciting dynamic league in the world.

All depends how good I was tbh. If I was good enough, and I couldn't win trophies/medals with Rovers I'd probably look to do so elsewhere, then in the twilight of my career- return back to East Lancs to end my career on a (personal) high! :rover:

Maybe because you're English?

Maybe because you're English?

Aren't you?

You've been listening to your Sky Sports subscription too much.

Bundesliga > PL.

Apparently the Bundesliga is brilliant. Similar style of football to English from what I have been told? Fast paced and physical. Serie A is shocking, its so slow and boring. Vieira confirmed this after his move from Arsenal to Juventus(?).
