Thanks for all the questions. First all everyone needs to listen to

the podcast, Ian answers a lot of questions on there, hopefully it

will be out soon. Ian is very busy at the moment but will try and

respond to the questions as and when he gets time, but in response

Glen's question, Ian has said:

'' Basically we used JA as a path to getting in front of Balaji to express his concerns and dissatisfaction about what was going on. Following the meeting with Balaji (the day after Arsenal game) Balaji then made arrangements for Ian Currie and myself to go to Pune to see Mrs D. It was Venkys who arranged everything including flights and accommodation. Venkys also sent the invitations over to us so that we could organise our visas at short notice.

JA arrived in Pune some days later with his wife and daughter and stayed in the same hotel because the one where the team and the Pune 9 were staying was full.I believe he stayed on after we left. JA attended the meeting in Pune but was not involved in the exchange with Mrs D. We have no link to JA/SEM/Kentaro businesses. We run our

own business which does have football clients among many others. We know alot of the agents in the UK because they represent some of these clients in the same way lawyers and accountants are also involved in much of what goes on.I first met JA around 12 yrs ago

There is another question on the board about would the 2 Ian's be in a position to do anything if Venkys were to come out?.

There is nothing at this point to suggest that Venkys are 'sellers' but we are watching to see what Venkys want to do and whether there is any intention of them selling. If so then we would certainly want to help ensure the Club ends up in safe hands and would expect to have the resources to put a proposal together from our many business contacts some of whom would have great experience at highest PL level, But there are too many moving parts at present to go much further and engaging with the current owners would be essential to anything moving forward.

We are aware of Daniel's plan though we have not been involved in it in any way. Great credit to him for putting time and serious effort into something that means as much to him as it does to all of us. I am sure we will talk with him at some point but like i say -has anyone come out and said the club is for sale?

There is no mystery here: we are 2 fans who are disenchanted at what is happening and would very much like to find a solution quickly''

That's very reassuring. Its a pity the same people weren't active before Venkys bought. (Not Intended as a criticism more an expression of sadness and regret.)

If you unfurl a ball of string and cut it randomly in three places with a pair of scissors how long would each piece of string be?

Call me a dummy (I usually get 'moron', but 'dummy' seems more polite) but can someone explain the analogy for me ? I'm not getting it and it looks kind of fun.

I find it very encouraging that the two ian's would be interested in putting together a consortium to buy rovers if venkys were to sell. What we need are owners who care about the club. Lets just hope they have some extremely wealthy contacts.

My prediction: the two ian's buy a share of the club and focus on the day to day running. Venkys keep a stake but focus on promoting football in india.

Question to Ian:

In your opinion, what is the reason behind Venky's seemingly outright refusal to engage into dialogue with fans or anyone concerned with the club at present?

Do you believe the Rao's simply do not now know what the hell to do in the present situation and have 'taken their Bat and Ball home' so to speak...do they themselves feel cheated to a degree?

Ta.

My question,

Why did JA arrange your meeting in Pune, and why was he also in attendance?

Glen

Just out of interest, you had a response from your question regarding JA with an answer from IB.

I cannot find anywhere your acknowledgement, if I am mistaken then I apologise.

Having received the answer, what is your stance Glen?

Question for Ian:

Has anyone with experience, knowledge ever offered to assist Venkys with setting up proper management, contacts, without requesting control or money? Considering SEM/Kentaro activities, might it be a case of once bitten, twice shy?

Do you have any information as to whether the rumored Qatari bid was legitimate?

Ahh....but Steve you forget that this man claims that he slept at our training ground all of January 2011 and didn't receive a penny of compensation...
