Stuart Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 And Heysel I wasn't that old when I watched the scenes on TV but I'm pretty sure that Liverpool fans didn't come out of Heysel with any sympathy. In fact, everyone suffered due to the ban that all English clubs got, thanks to Liverpool, from all European competitions. But at least it prevented Everton from being successful in Europe, eh...?

hesfromburn Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 Cant believe the abuse our fans got. Yes the Documented behaviour at Bolton wasnt good but it was just one incident that went that far Its not even a patch in the behaviour by Liverpool fans and in some respect the club itself. I find it unsettling that the fans are being let off so lightly in the media, Yesterday was nothing short of booing a man for being a victim of racism and it was disgusting to watch. The whole suarez language barrier excuse is the biggest load of pish I have ever heard. He got caught out that is that. And the Liverpool fans behaviour following the incident has been disgusting and embaressing for football on the whole.
Amo Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 Liverpool fans = Sticking up for racist player / Targeting racially abused player. Rovers fans = Chanting 'Kean Out!' ...No, the media's right. We're scum.
