Amo Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Poor by petro but also by the defence not being alert Don't worry. They'll work on it in training.

Exiled_Rover Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Modeste looks useful. Meanwhile Newcastle are showing how far the Prem has fallen. It's not a particularly talented team, but it's organised - that's all it takes these days.
G Somerset Rover Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Poor by petro but also by the defence not being alert Surely not our watertight defence? Don't worry we've got Bradley to save the day at the Emirates and beyond.
Exiled_Rover Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 QPR pretty much irrelevant, they became out of reach the day Hughes signed. It's between us, Bolton, Wigan, and Wolves. Hopefully Arsenal can do us a favour. Well that and since they started throwing money around. Their biggest weakness was the lack of a striker and they've overpaid for two.
sharpysharps Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 decent response but based on the chances rovers have had since the goal they really should be level.
LeChuck Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Modeste looks useful. Meanwhile Newcastle are showing how far the Prem has fallen. It's not a particularly talented team, but it's organised - that's all it takes these days. Bit unfair to judge them without their four best players though, they're a much different proposition with Ba, Tiote and Cabeye (plus Cisse now). Not sure what you mean by "fallen" though. We were hardly outstanding when we finished sixth under Hughes, he just had us well organised. Moyes had Everton finishing 5th/6th consistently at one point doing the very same. Same as it ever was imo. Newcastle are only 7th.
The Rover of Finland Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Arsenal missed another huge chance! So obvious Bolton will win this one.
Backroom DE. Posted February 1, 2012 Backroom Posted February 1, 2012 Trying to cheat to win now... when all else fails, I suppose.
LeChuck Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Trying to cheat to win now... when all else fails, I suppose. Awful dive, not sure how that fooled the referee. The cheating aside, it's been a very good response to be fair. Dunn and Pedersen look our most likely players to create something. Both past it and useless though, of course.
Exiled_Rover Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Trying to cheat to win now... when all else fails, I suppose. (Please don't use that word again) it, everyone else cheats against us. Not entirely sure why it's not a red card though. In the sense that the weakest Utd team I've ever seen has a record breaking tally of points. We're missing two of our best players too.
Puffsan Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 think we have been playing good so far. will cry tonight if petro's bad pass will cost us 3 or 1 point
LeChuck Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 How are we not level? This is a great performance in all fairness, we deserve to have a goal.
sharpysharps Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Writing is on the wall for this one! Playing really well since conceding!
Backroom Tom Posted February 1, 2012 Backroom Posted February 1, 2012 That moment aside petro playing well but still getting abuse His card is marked
BRFC1995 Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 hope the owners are watching soccer special........and notice our result and then see what a team that was in the sh1t but binned the manager and are now flying in sunderland are currently doing KEAN OUT, killing my club and murdered all optimism.
Exiled_Rover Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 I take it back, Modeste looks very good. Just needed a bit more composure on that shot. Really holding the ball up well and linking with Dunn and Hoilett.
Andy Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Well done fatboy - should have let Modeste take it (who won and wanted it).
