As if dunn has got a coaching role in his new contract. Only thing he could coach is a ###### pie eating contestant. We are dominating but we cannot score. Toothless display as per usual. Now for keans infamous inspirational team talk. ###### sick.

We are not level because we lack quality throughout the team.

Eh??? 73% to 27% possesion. Newcastle saved by the woodwork, a missed penalty and a clearance off the line by simpson. We should be at least 3-1 up and you think "we lack quality"? Are we watching the same match? We've bossed the game for the whole of the first half, played "The Toon" off the pitch and gone in at half time with nohing to show for it and undeservedly so!

Exactly that's why we are 1-0 down - we lack quality.

I'm watching the same as him. Plenty of huff and puff but no quality.

We need to bring on Formica or Rochina at half time. Newcastle looked like they were readying the bench in that first half, I imagine they'll bring off a striker for a midfielder.

We should bring Petrovic off, push Gamst back into central midfield and put Formica or Rochina on the right. It would give us another player capable of scoring a goal...for all our good play, a defender from a set piece still looks most likely.l

Pedersen off for Rochina.

Exactly that's why we are 1-0 down - we lack quality.

Indeed, quality finish by Newcastle for their goal......oh wait.

Modeste is an improved version of Roberts in everything but finishing. That's three good chances he's had tonight, all poor efforts. Aside from that he's a real handful.

Pedersen off for Rochina.

Take off one of your best performers so far? He's worked hard, got in good positions and we've nearly scored from at least three of set pieces.

Fed up of seeing Petrovic hit in the air, he needs to come off. Crowd getting on his back now too, he's having a nightmare.

Spot on. I've said it before but i'll say it again, we are destined to go down this year.

If you put this team under Hughes and had them play the Hughes Rovers team (Bentley etc) this team would win.

We don't lack quality, we lack organisation and tactical nous.

Please tell me you're not serious.

Friedel

Emerton Samba Nelsen Warnock

Bentley Savage Tugay Pedersen

McCarthy Santa Cruz

It's an infinitely better team than what we have now, down to a man.

That's a bang average team. Hughes would give his left arm to work with Rochina, Formica, Olsen and Hoilett.

Had enough of this, turning it off. Newcastle are there for the taking but we haven't got the ability to put the ball in the net.

I've never seen a centre half head the ball as pathetically as Dann did. Hoilett should have passed, but probably wasn't keen on giving it to Modeste in front of goal.

Defensive mistakes and lack of finishing ability only means relegation.

I was beginning to fall for it! Not a good time to wind people up with a match like tonight's. :)
