yoda Posted February 10, 2012 Posted February 10, 2012 I am aware of the document. I still have a copy somewhere. They were promises, sadly not legally binding. That is where the problem is. Breaking a promise and breaking the law are not the same things. Take marriage as an example. You make promises, but if you break them, you are not breaking the law, only the promise. So that makes it ok then ?
