I am aware of the document. I still have a copy somewhere. They were promises, sadly not legally binding. That is where the problem is. Breaking a promise and breaking the law are not the same things. Take marriage as an example. You make promises, but if you break them, you are not breaking the law, only the promise.

In a legal context, yes.

In an ethical context, well, it doesn't really matter, does it? They still own the club and keep on dragging us down.
