Precisely why a self financing Lanky Utd would be a struggle to initiate. People think the fans would rail against it but in reallity it would be the 'better to be a big fish in small pond' ego's in the boardrooms. Jack Walker had the power to do it but unfortunately not the vision.

One of these groups (not sure which one) has managed to get a meeting with the rovers board. That is fantastic progress. The next step is a meeting with Venky's and then we can really sort this mess out.

maybe its time all groups united, as i see it the only winners in all of this are Venkys as there main intention was to turn fan against fan and its actually working in their favour. what it actually needs is all the community to get behind what all our goal really is and that is to SAVE OUR CLUB i believe if you take Rovers away from Blackburn then as a town it has got nothing to offer, high unemployment does very little to boost the towns image only thing we have to be proud of is brfc and what jack walker achieved now venkys have threatened the legacy that jack left behind for all of us so maybe we all need to get together and stand shoulder to shoulder and say this is enough we will not allow this to happen to our club any longer instead of fighting each other we all know who the enemy really is and thats VENKYS
