winstonsmith
whether you are just a bunch of children delivering a noisy and incoherent verdict about a manager. What do you mean by "incoherent" verdict about a manager ? I would have thought that the verdict on the manager which the protesters have delivered is as clear as a bell - he is not good enough. As I could not understand why you would say that the protesters' verdict on Kean was "incoherent", I took the liberty of viewing some of your previous posts so that I might understand where you were coming from and read one from you on 17 Feb where you state that Kean was 'a man without the necessary experience or talent for the job'. I would think that the protesters would agree with you there. It is just that they follow that through to its logical conclusion which is that he should be sacked. Silittl
Your right it is a big statement and not one for the faint hearted. But hopefully people will put their differences aside and join in if only for this one. We have made changes following feedback. I sincerely hope we have done enough to get people to join in. We will live by the sword and die by the sword as they say.
AJW
i'll be goin from the havelock but just a question to the organisers , why have 3 March's? would it not be better to have just to have 1 march ? the idea that we're all together but having 3 seperate march's seems a bit contradictive , plus having 1000 people all marching from 1 place together would look better than havin 1000 people marching from 3 different locations meeting up just outside the ground

The Fulham march which was a double march was the largest by a long way. I read it yesterday Shivery85, and it would seem like he is calling the shots. Have BRAG cancelled the meeting or reached a compromise? A final decision will be made on this tomorrow by the group, I see little point in attending a meeting which cannot be reported to the supporters, this helps no-one IMO

Why would he (they) try and limit the number of BRAG members attending? What difference does it make?

I don't understand it. That's just paying lip service to the meeting. Perhaps it's his way of cancelling the meeting without actually saying so, by making it pointless? Though it does not mean we won't take the opportunity to talk with him. At least then we may get a true understanding of his reasoning.
roversWASmylife
Don't have a season ticket anymore as I live down south, get to the majority of the aways down south and some of the homes ones usually. Not entirely sure whether i will bother going on Saturday, I don't have a ticket. The way football has gone in recent years is sad for everyone apart from players et al. After going to Arsenal away at the start of February, I've never been so embarrassed to watch BRFC. Arsenal were a different class granted however there was no fight and little spirit. Same at City last weekend. Really do wonder what is going on within the club. All these protests are a good idea and hats off to everyone who's invovled in them so far and to the future. All it achieves is disgruntled fans on SkySportsNews. Boycotting a home match is where it's going to have the most impact, or even a pitch invasion at the end of the season. RoyRover
I had to put this link purely for the headline...........looks like Kean is supporting the protest at first glance Kean believes March is massive for Rovers Didn't he say that in October/November when we had a run of six games against the likes of Wigan, Sunderland, Bolton and Swansea and asked the fans to judge him then? We got 6 points from a possible 18. I judged the man a long time ago. The worst and most hated man in Blackburn Rovers long and proud history. onlyonejackwalker
Events at the club have been disastrous ever since VenKean took over. I fully understand why fans felt and continue to feel the need to protest. I thought our fans were hugely patient before venting their spleen. I would have supported protests after Wigan away last year, or Newcastle, or Blackpool at home. However, the time has passed for making changes that could help. Despite the efforts of many nothing has changed. And nothing will now change before the end of this season. We will either scrape survival, or be relegated. Simple as that. Protesting now is absolutely pointless. It will do neither good, nor harm. It will wear out some shoe leather, voices and people will get wet it if rains.
