I was advised to get George Ezra's album recently by a mate of mine, no chance I told him, I'm not listening to that cr@p.

So I bought it from ITunes.........

What a great album, the lads got a fantastic voice and every tracks a cracker, well worth a listen, but don't tell my mate

I saw MUSE a few years ago and they really do put on a show! Well worth watching imo,however the best live band to see at the moment is The Foo Fighters.I saw them last night and they really were fantastic.Over 3 hours of a good mix of oldies and new tracks with a couple of covers thrown in for good measure.Grohl even got a young lad up on stage to sing along with them.Amazing stuff!

I quite liked Muse's first album, but nothing they've done since I've been keen on. As for the Foo Fighters, again, I love their early stuff, but I find their new stuff very middle of the road.

I saw them live at Leeds Festival in 2002 and to be fair, they were very good that day, but not really my bag in general.

Courteeners next Friday at Heaton Park, then Parklife at the same venue on Sunday, a day of quiet reflection and bacon will follow on Monday I imagine......

Barlow and Donald can definitely sing. Owen is passable at best, but more of a showman in the group. And I always wondered why Orange was even there

There's a reason Gary and Howard are the dominant singers in the group.

It isn't just the music, which I admit is cheesy pop ballads over and over, but the show as a whole.

I do prefer Muse and Runrig over Take That, but I'm not going to pretend I don't enjoy what they do.
