*foreverArover ---
Sitting in the Jack Walker stand for the West Brom game, must say the song/chant 'come on make some noise' 'Rovers make some noise' or words to that affect, when and it went on, and on, sounded really good from where I was sitting that day. Ten to fifteen minutes of continual chanting of this song/chant from the vast majority of the Rovers crowd at the Reebok would be mighty impressive i'd have thought. Go for it you Rovers ! Probably my favourite chant when I'm in the DE, or as you say listening to it from the JW! It sounded amazing at west brom last year when the vast majority of our fans got involved (& mark bunn commented how class our fans were that game) haven't heard it on the same scale away from home since, but can see no reason why it can't be popular with the 5000 next weekend Can't wait!! Majiball
Don't get upset, Barsteward, you know I'm right! How can I not be upset? It's just yet another example of the English bas-tard-izing (stupid word changing thingy) yet another glorious Scottish thing.

Ossydave
Impromptu songs are always the best at football when certain things occur. No point writing all these songs in here that won't go any further than this board....
hermitstool
In light of yesterday's horrible events I think it's only right we show our support for Fabrice Muamba, his friends, family, colleagues and supporters. This is about far more than just football.
Hughesy
Should the game go ahead.... IF ANYBODY Dares to sing a sick song about Muamba, I hope whoever hears anything, no matter the age of the singer, gives them a smack!! Dont come on here moaning about it later, if you did nothing....Hopefully it wont come to this - but you never know with the small minority after a few drinks. SD4E
When they sing the inevitable " your mums your dad" to us... Just simply sing it straight back to them. It's as relevant for them as it is for us. Or clarify the point... "were not burn-a-lee.. "were not burn-a-lee How thick must you be "were not burn-a-lee"
Ralfinho
I think we should all chant Muamba's name at the kick off if the game goes ahead on Saturday.
braddock
The Muamba song will be spontaneous and will be sung by fans across the country I imagine. Impromptu songs are always the best at football when certain things occur. No point writing all these songs in here that won't go any further than this board.... Tell that to the guy who writes the majority of Utd's songs.

No point writing all these songs in here that won't go any further than this board.... Unfortunately that is so true. Rovers fans are boring always have been, same old songs every season for the last 10 years. This is the kind of place where chants can be formed but no1 can ever be bothered. DanLad
It'd be nice if we could have a banner saying "Rovers fans say - Get well soon, Fabrice" or something of that nature.
