But by doing that they are supporting the 'regime' and giving the club the opportunity to put some positive spin on season ticket sales. As I said it makes no sense at all to me.

I think the same as you. Personally I think they will go games,..

2 out of every three seats empty for a number of games, is a real shame.

Very sad. There will be higher attendances at all of our local rivals.

Lets hope the walk-on's dramatically increase or there are going to be a lot of red faces down Ewood way.

20 years of building the gates, fan/club trust down the drain....back to the 80's folks!

To me there are only two options.

1. Dont renew and vote with your feet

Or

2. Renew and sing kean out for the entire 90mins every week.

Option 3 for me - Renew & support your team 100%, dont give Kean any recognition and just hope that sometime soon he goes. He wont stop me supporting the team, simple as.

Lowest sales for twenty years.

It must be Matty,a damning indictment of the present owners and manager if ever there was one.

Bolton reporting just under 13,000 sold....massive,massive damage done to this club!

God only knows what the first home attendance will be on a mid-week night :(

Bums on seats is recognition surely?

Recognition that I will stick with my TEAM through thick and thin yes

Or that you will sit there dumb and blinkered while Kean and co rape and pillage your club in front of your eyes while you do nothing whatsoever - not even vocally - to stop them. But hey, so long as we win a few games it's all unicorns and rainbows in Hughesy-world, eh?

I stupidly decided to renew, but don't feel the need to come on here giving it the big 'I am'. Being honest, I did it solely so I could get a ticket for Burnley away. And before people give me stick, I know it was a poor decision really as the people running our club don't deserve a penny.

On another note, I still can't get over your desperate pleas for a protest v Wigan after your petty name calling of the protesters prior to that. Will you follow the same course this season by insulting all the protesters before jumping on the bandwagon as we slide into League One? Even when we're getting beat by Rochdale you'll be telling everyone to 'get behind the lads' and 'save it until the end of the season'.

For the record, I'll be chanting 'Kean/Venky's Out' as loud as anyone next year. Silence shows they've won.

Grow a pair instead of copying people. I couldnt give a flying fook what you think, il be there SUPPORTING the team....take that how you want. I dont support Kean, I want him out. That isnt happening anytime soon, my support in the ground will be for the players. If thats being the 'big i am' then take it how you want.

It's the nature of a lot of your posts that give off that vibe.

And I don't chant Kean/Venky's out to copy people, I do it because I detest the lot of them and never want to give up the cause, as fruitless as it has been so far.

No Kean Out chants and the situation will look hunky dory.

I'll support the team, but I won't let that toad on the touchline off the hook, nor will I let Venky's off the hook. United's green/gold campaign involving plenty of anti Glazer chanting hasn't affected their fortunes, and I think the players are well aware of our justified disdain of the powers that be at Ewood.

I used to enjoy some of your posts when you weren't overly toeing the club line, but your consistent, patronising criticism of the protesters really left a bitter taste, and just looked ridiculous when you backtracked for a week or so.

I've not been on this Messageboard long but I have to say I admire your dedication and enthusiasm. Under normal circumstances your words would be an inspiration other fans, but reflecting on the season we have just endured I really cannot believe the atmosphere will be supportive and positive. How will supporting the team help anything in these circumstances? What good has it done throughout the Kean/Venkys era?

The football club that I fell in love with just doesn't feel like it belongs to the town and the community. Despite being one of those who have renewed I can't even convince myself that I will be attending every match, doesn't that say everything about our so called football club in 2012?

Paul Agnew said on the radio all we need is a few wins for fans to come back, personally I don't care about winning or losing right now I just want my football club back. The manager has to leave and the owners have to win people back over or sell up, that is the only way forward in my eyes. Thousands of fans haven't walked away from Ewood because of poor results, they haven't been valued or listened to.

+1

I haven't renewed my tickets and don't feel any guilt at all after some 50 years of ardent support, home and away, through the very dark days of the old Third Division basement through to PL glories etc.

To be honest, I don't give a damn about our club now. It is owned and run by people who I have no respect for at all and that is the politest way that I can put it. As you say, it is no longer 'our club' and I simply refuse to put hard earned money into the pockets of people I consider distasteful.

Good luck to those who have renewed, it is their personal decIsion and I respect that, however, I think they are in for a very, very long hard season.

Tom hit on a good point there Hughesy. What happens on the pitch is pretty irrelivant until this black cloud has shifted.

Id love to share your optomisim but unfortunatly there are two ends of the scale. Optomistic ------ Cloud cukoo land.

I've renewed because I can't stand the thought of rovers being at home and I won't be there. I waited till the last few days to renew and I'll admit that I'm not looking forward to it but I'm not letting that bald git stop me from going to somewhere that I have been going to for the last 25 years.
