Absolutely no way Kean, Agnew et al don't know the level of resentment towards them. In public I'm sure they make out it's nothing serious, but you would have to be at Mrs Desai's level of utter stupidity and ignorance not to realise how the fans feel by now.

Please show me the bit where he waxes lyrically about Kean - the interview I saw he was very guarded in his comments.

Sorry - confusion obviously reigns - where did I say I believed Shebby would fail ?

I didn't say he waxes lyrical about Kean specifically. However when he states that Kean is not up to the job and should go and then several weeks later does a total about turn because he is now employed by the owd hag and brothers Grimm, and you fail to see the hypocrisy or BS or believe the party line " I was a journalist, now I'm a fekking football genius so suddenly I see that SK just needs a chance...I was inspired by Ronnie Clayton etc. etc. etc." then you are clearly wearing some very rose tinted glasses.

He's just another bull sh1tting piggy with his snout in the trough along with all the other w4ankers...Kean, Agnew, Kung Fu Panda, Shaw, Hendry, Dunn, Dann, Orr, Anderson etc. and what exactly does this no mark contribute to the club? He's played in a tinpot league, for a tiny national side and he's the answer to all our misfortunes...somebody is seriously taking the ######.

Now I am confused Matty - we don't make decisions - and yet they need to prove themselves - why ? If we can't influence their decisions - then the protests etc are presumably destined to fail ?

BTW - my giving a chance is not coming on here calling him before he has had chance to prove himself. I admit it will make little difference - but at least I will be true to the beliefs I hold in life.

So you will give him a chance yet believe he will fail?

Now I'm confused, this is good for Rovers, how?

Sorry - confusion obviously reigns - where did I say I believed Shebby would fail ?

You feel giving him a chance will make little difference - ergo you think ultimately he will fail. (Is how I read it).

What the 6000 are thinking is completely beyond me.

The ONLY way we will rid the club of venkean is if the attendance for the first home games is <2000.

If you have a season ticket, like it or not, you are supporting venky, kean, agnew, groucho, kung fu charlie, the slug and his lad, nob end no mark derek and all their cronies.

If you have a ST, put it away somewhere safe for now.

Kean and Venkys were there last summer too. Does the boycott just apply to games outside the Premier League?

but last summer we were prepared to give them a chance, thinking that they had learned from their mistakes, in reality its got a whole lot worse, we were told of a warchest of millions to bring in some good players by certain people, now its gone beyond redemption

Sure you wrote the exact same t'other week.

Thing is Samuel, this club and it's fanbase are at complete loggerheads, longstanding fans from the 50s/60s/70s not renewing in their droves... yet we'll STILL end up selling more ST's than your tin pot club.

I totally agree. However, although I've renewed my season ticket I will still be shouting for Kean and Venkys to go at every game both home and away. It won't achieve anything but at least I'll feel better for it. Sadly, Ewood Park is again going to be an unhappy environment because of the crass owners and the inept manager.

Poor attempt Dingle...you simply have NO understanding of the long term damage these f'wits in charge of our club have done to our fanbase, relegation is only are mere side issue as regards attendances this coming season.

19,166

20,740

Our average attendances the last time we were in this league.

Rubbish. I think venkys have made it clear, they have no intention of going anywhere. I also would not be surprised if somebody has not already told venkys that often when a club is relegated, that some fans stop coming. So any boycott would be seen as just that.

So I presume folk will be buying match tickets, but not season tickets.

Out of interest how do people know that if our attendances dropped below 5,000, Venkys wouldn't look to sell? Extreme humiliation, a clear sign there is no future for the club with them in charge, nobody at all to impress with their toy, and something that their advisors simply couldn't hide from them or put a good spin on. Fair enough, maybe it wouldn't have an effect, but for the reasons I've just listed there's a chance it might.

Just an observation, but I'd imagine it sits a lot easier with the conscience to not make the effort to boycott if you can convince yourself it wouldn't work anyway.

Shameful post

Why should fans purchasing a season ticket be so disrespected?

I am a fan of Blackburn Rovers and will ride out this terrible period in our history by doing what I've always done, by getting myself down to ewood to watch the match and support the 11 men in blue n white halves

You can do what the hell you want, but such disrespect shown to others is wrong and not justified

Well intentioned I'm sure.

Unfortunately by doing so you are in effect supporting the management and the owners too. I'm sorry but I simply cannot bring myself to do that. As for those 11 men? Nothing to do with the town. They won't even live here. They are all Soldiers of fortune / mercenaries even who will hold no loyalty to you or the club. It's one sick situation that encompasses all football and exists only through misplaced loyalty.

Disagreement, that's fine - you have one view I have a different view I.e. I will play my golf on Sunday!

What is wrong is the slating given to people on this board whose views differ, it's rings of people attempting to justify their non-attendance rather than really believing they will be making a game changing stance.

Interesting Jim. Have you ever been in a union?

It's full of people from both sides telling people what to do. No one knows what will or won't work. We should just all be united behind the idea of no Kean and no Venkys and not criticise anyone taking whatever measures they feel best in achieving that.

I'd like to suggest getting a list of people who would be attending the first home game if Kean was sacked, but will not if he's in charge. It would be very interesting to put a volume and £ value on that.

Brilliant post, the sheer short sightedness of some is ludicrous.

I am firmly in the camp that perhaps they DONT appreciate the amount of bad feeling there is around the club as this moment in time. Agnew keeps harping on about us all starting with a clean slate but I am surprised that he, as a fan of 50 years or so he claims, seems ignorant of the fact that KEANSCUM is THE most hated man ever to grace the walls of Ewood. It certainly seems that he is acting on orders from the loons in Pune in trying to support KEANSCUM.

He himself has shown how much he is prepared to antagonise the fans by his stupid comments in the media whilst at the same time failing to understand the depth of bad feeling created by the club itself towards its own fans.

If he thinks a few wins and some odd signings will win over the fans then he really is a clown. The same will then be said of Shabby UNLESS they decide to take the one decision that is needed to lay the foundation of a potential recovery.

That is the biggest issue here.

If Venkys had the forethought to think ahead they could easily lay a foundation to allow them to say SORRY whilst at the same time give the club a chance of achieving promotion at the first attempt. To lose a number of points in those first 10 games, which IMO are all more than winnable, could be a critical error on their behalf leaving KEANSCUM in charge. So for me there really is no other option but to rid him from our club.

Venkys can show some dignity, some fans will come back (not all I imagine) and the club can begin to move forward. What I would hate to see is some poor results in the first 10 games costing us later on in respect of a play off spot or even a top 2 spot because that would really be a costly loss on their behalf and would no doubt break the clubs back.

As for the crowd on the first home game, I dont see it being more than 13k at this rate. I wont be there I am away on holiday but in any case I wont be going to Ewood whilst KEANSCUM remains in post. What I do think is that the away support this season will be a sell out for the majority of the games. There seems top be an inevibility that supporters will prefer away days to the home games so the hosting clubs can be well sure of a massive Rovers following for away games.

KEANSCUM OUT
