  1. 1. So stay up or go down should we keep Super Steve 'Coco' Kean at the helm for next season??

    • Keep - But only if we stay up
    • Keep - Even if relegated
    • Sack - But only if we go down
    • Sack - Even if we stay up
    • Just like a puppet I have no opinion

hes right we aint a bad team, shame we have such a bad manager though

Too bad no one will pick him up on it.

It'll be back to the usual "handled pressure with dignity, players back him" slush as per.

Asked if the issue with Givet had destabilised the squad, Kean insisted that was not the case.

He added: "You might go to work one day and not really feel that great and if you have a good boss they will be understanding, and I felt I dealt with it well.

"To a man the players have all trained well and there has been a good positive atmosphere with no nervous edge. Any team can go on a bad run, it doesn't make you a bad team."

How the journalists in the press conference didn't start laughing after this I don't know. I just lol'd at my desk reading it!

What would have happened if he'd handled it badly?

"Any team can go on a bad run" but not many do for 18 months and the manager survives. If we are going down then I would prefer that we lose our next 4 games. Surely, even the idiots that run our club wouldn't retain a manager that had lost 9 consecutive games.

That's some "bad run" we've had.

Matt, Ive just read his first page response, the bloke doesn't know his arse from his elbow.

'nothing wrong with abusing Kean, just the manner in which you abused him'

Aye all right then Barry lad!

'he gets the blame for all the wrongs at the club but no praise, for example beating the Champions'.

Considering it's now late April and we are adrift in the bottom 3, who the feck cares?

It's a minority podcast for Guardianistas, 'oh aren't they whimsical' I doubt most football fans have even heard if it- don't let it bother you.

For a podcast, it's widely listened to.

I to laughed out loud when I read that. Well if things are so positive - we can all expect a win tomorrow.

Well he didn't play Givet and lied to the fans about it as well.

Brilliant. Man management at it's most fruiticious.

'This is 100 per cent a three-pointer. We feel we owe Norwich one.

'We felt hard done by at Norwich when we didn't get all three points earlier in the season - that day we were well worthy of the win.

'The second part of the season they have done well but this is almost a cup match - form goes out of the window.'

doesn't really understand football, does he?

Ergh - just seen the headline on roversplayer 'Everyone has an equal responsibility – boss

Steve Kean wants to see every single player rise to the challenge as Rovers fight for survival in the Barclays Premier League."

Ah, so he has no responsibility then. What a surprise.

At my last place of work, we used to call it blame storming, throw enough blame around and hope some of it sticks. Some made a career from it.

LT : http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/blackburn_rovers/news/9662587.Blackburn_Rovers_manager_Kean_laughs_off_bust_up_rumours/r/?ref=twt

He has rubbished all suggestions there is disharmony among his struggling squad, including rumours suggesting a row involving Steven Nzonzi, and insists they will all be together this afternoon.

He said: There has not been one fight, there has not been one raised voice. There has not been one mishap, it has been a tremendous week, there has been absolutely nothing.

It is laughable. Where that comes from is very mischievous and if people are trying to put false stories out there and as soon as you question them they run for the hills.

Thanks goodness for that - we can all sleep more easily tonight !
