  1. 1. So stay up or go down should we keep Super Steve 'Coco' Kean at the helm for next season??

    • Keep - But only if we stay up
    • Keep - Even if relegated
    • Sack - But only if we go down
    • Sack - Even if we stay up
    • Just like a puppet I have no opinion

What would Peter White have done? I think we all know. He'd have asked what he wanted and probably got banned but he wouldn't have stood for this.

Now I fully expect that the Editor at the LT has considered the consequences of this and they've made the decision to tow the line. Why? Is there anyone left that actually wants to read about Keans spin? His deluded view on things, his contradictions and down right lies? The owners won't even speak to the LT so why back them up? Why give them an easy ride?

Keeping the LT quiet by threat is one thing, keeping a major daily quiet is another matter entirely.

“I can understand things might be out of our hands mathematically. But if we get three wins, we’ll be safe."

Does that actually make sense? Surely if it's out of our hands mathematically then it's out of our hands fullstop. It's when the maths no longer works i.e. the points available are fewer than the points you need.

Reading the quotes in the LET article, Kean seems more confused than ever.

What a first class tool, well and truly out of his depth.

Funnily enough, someone who recently joined the club doesn't speak that highly of Kean either

I know someone who took him home with them one evening and described him politely as a total plonker.

No. His second sentence can't logically follow on from his first sentence. But since when has our Stevie used logic?

When I read his comments in the Telegraph this morning, I'd just presumed that it was yet another lie from Weaselboy.

I'd wager a decent amount that he's never seen a guitar in his life.

Steve Kean Daily Star today “When you’re rubbish at playing the guitar, you can’t think of anything else!”

Should read :- “When you’re rubbish at Managing a Premier league footbal team, you can’t think of anything else! like how to win games!”

Not the Journos fault. At the moment they are restricted in what they are allowed to ask, they aren't allowed to ask the cutting questions.

Full credit to McLeish who fronted up to the press conference yesterday and any question that the Journo's asked.

As I've said before, McLeish is a gent. What a contrast to the weasels running Blackburn Rovers.

Then why the hell put up with it ?

Just all boycott the pressers, report what you know as fact and also what you 'understand'.

Give it a week, and the clowns would soon be holding out an olive branch.

I just wish one of them, preferably someone from a mass view TV channel, would break ranks. What would be the worst that could happen to him/her? That Mr Agnew would attempt to physically remove/spoil the footage? Now, I'm not exactly She-Ra but he doesn't really fill me with fear. And if he did try to stop you broadcasting, well there would be a story in itself. Go on journos, you know you want to...

I believe, but I may be wrong, that it was Martin Blackburn who was a bit annoyed by the strict approach in the Ewood press room. He's on Twitter.

“The players have been through it before last season.

“At the time, it’s not necessarily enjoyable. But when you come out the other end you think ‘this is what we did to get ourselves out of it.’ This is how we set up, this was how the things were good and not so good.

“And predominately they were the same group so we could call on those experiences.”

Really Steve?

This is the team that lined up for the final game of last season against Wolves:

Robinson

Olsson

Samba - GONE

Givet - BUST UP WITH KEAN

Salgado - FROZEN OUT

P. Jones - GONE

J. Jones - GONE

Emerton - GONE

N'Zonzi - ALLEGED BUST UP WITH KEAN

Hoilett

Roberts - GONE

Out of the starting 11, 5 are gone and you might as well say 6 if you count Salgado. 2 have had recent bust ups with Kean. That leaves 3 players from last year who were in the first 11 and anywhere near the right frame of mind. As for the subs...

13 Bunn

08 Dunn

12 Pedersen

17 Andrews - GONE

18 Santa Cruz - GONE

21 Mwaruwari - GONE

41 Diouf - GONE

4 out of 7 are gone.

On digitalspy there is a football section and on it is a thread about football myths, so I posted

Myth Steve Kean is a football manager

Truth Steve Kean is not a football manager

Interesting that the replies were, he's not suited to the job, feel sorry for him, the abuse he gets is wrong.

Why do people on the outside looking in have this misconception that it's not his fault, Iam sure they wouldn't have this opinion if it was their club.

The Wigan supporters have spotted an ashen faced Steve Kean in the directors box. Suffice to say, they're enjoying his presence.

Not laughing like he was at the QPR Vs Swansea game then.

Kean is talking #### again.

we are in this mess because you are not manager and poor signings and team selections!!!

totally awful tactics!

Not buying quality players in the last 2 transfers windows.

Kean should have been never appoint as manager! Huge Mistake by venkys! will never understand why stand a proper manager for a novice. You would never do that in the business world so why in the football world!
