Stick or Twist this summer?

  1. 1. So stay up or go down should we keep Super Steve 'Coco' Kean at the helm for next season??

    • Keep - But only if we stay up
    • Keep - Even if relegated
    • Sack - But only if we go down
    • Sack - Even if we stay up
    • Just like a puppet I have no opinion

That's interesting. Am I reading too much into that or is someone getting ready to spill the beans?

That's how I read it too. Somehow I don't think it's Dunn, isn't he and Kean the best of chums? Depending on how one defines "very senior player", I'd wager a guess at Salgado or Robinson.

"...there’s been some very balanced writing about Rovers – often in the broadsheets. I complimented my colleague Daniel Taylor on this piece which went in the Observer ahead of the United game at the start of April. I thought he summed it up really well.

Others such as Henry Winter at the Telegraph have continually said that Blackburn deserve a better manager than Steve Kean. So this idea that the whole media is blaming the fans is simply not true."

This is very much the exception to the rule as far as I can tell.

Yep. He made a good point about the pundits listened to fergie etc and virtually letting him dictate their opinions. Once a couple agreed that he was a victim it snowballed until now they realise they cant back track so just ignore the fact that he is even still involved. No matter how much criticism has been said about the game on Sunday I havent heard one of them directly mention Kean.

'break you heart' I can't see Blackburn attributing that comment to either of those two. They openly admit that they don't really know what's going on at Rovers so won't view the players relationships to the fans correctly either. If I looked at a Liverpool or another, the players I would instantly believe would 'break fans hearts' would be one of their own, carragher/gerrard. Dunn's support of Rovers publicly doesn't mean that's what he thinks privately, people rarely speak ill of others in football publicly, it's an unwritten rule.

I can honestly see them thinking Dunn saying that sort of comment would break fans hearts, they see him as one of us a Rover. No-one else is anymore.

I've got a feeling that if things change at Ewood over the Summer, a few people will spill the beans from current employee's, players and ex-players.

The problem for me is that if Sir Super Steve Coco, Manager of the Year, compulsive liar and general brown noser with a bad facial skin disorder hangs around to guide us down and down into the Conference I can't hate him any more than I do now. It would be impossible to.

A quick bit of media manipulation for the lounge lizards.

Go on the the Lancashire Telegraph web-site. Look for No7 of "Most read' items and click on it to move it up to No1

Why? Its the Nov 18th 2011 statement by Coco....RELEGATION? ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE!!!

Cmon lets move it ,move it.

That Relelgation No Chance article also includes this gem from the Black-Eyed Kean:

I think it’s a small section. I think the fans who are totally with what we’re trying to do are getting a bit fed up with those who are having a pop, to be honest.

Same article had this gem :-

“Any fan who looks at just the table in a flat fashion can say we’re not in a good position,” he said.

Fueling the divisions between the fans, that he and the owners created, shamelessly.

Sounds like someone will spill the beans soon "I can’t name him right now – though you might guess in the next couple of weeks"...... the sadest thing for me is when talking about senior players who might say that the list is currently tiny but is doubled if you look back just 18months with the likes of Diouf, Emerton, Samba, Jones, Nelsen and co.

GUess it must be pretty simple getting a transfer away from Rovers all you have to do is disagree with Kean and that even goes for the board IMO.

I would guess he's talking about Dunn or Pedersen, not that many of us would care if it was either of them, really. One of the things fuelling my general apathy towards the club at the moment is the total lack of affinity I have with any of the players, let alone manager or board.

What would be the odds for Dunny 'not being in the right frame of mind'/having a tummy bug/hamstring/some other imaginary injury for the rest of the season? I have no doubt that the 'secret police' will be reading this message board and reporting back to their masters, who won't be pleased.

I think it must be Dunn , didn't he say a months ago 'it will be different next year ' ?

He is the only Rovers senior player , with the exception of possibly Pedersen left ...

If it is Dunn , Kean is gone !!!

A local lad , putting the final nail in his coffin ?...

Should have happenend months ago !

I cannot help thinking the players ,are on one big jolly at the moment !
