Stick or Twist this summer?

  1. 1. So stay up or go down should we keep Super Steve 'Coco' Kean at the helm for next season??

    • Keep - But only if we stay up
    • Keep - Even if relegated
    • Sack - But only if we go down
    • Sack - Even if we stay up
    • Just like a puppet I have no opinion

This is a Rovers 'legend' who jumped ship twice and took his neighbour for a considerable amount of cash with, it appears, no remorse. That sums him up really. Another 30 pieces of silver Colin?

Very true arbitro, but putting those issues aside, he should be backing the fans not the manager in this case

, then again maybe us, the fans, have got it all wrong and the likes or Fergie, Moyes, JT,AVB, Savage, Hendry etc etc are all right after all, relegation proves obviously...

There's something about the way that's phrased that really ruffles my feathers.

"...adamant he won't walk away"

As if he would be leaving us in the lurch. No one wants you here, spud!

The sheer arrogance is astounding,he really does believe he is doing a good job at Ewood!!!

We're on a loser waiting for any media sleb to come out against Keanoccio. When was the last time any, non-international manager got a slating from anyone in the press? They're all in one big conglomerate of cash and fame, we're better off sticking together and lettingthem know the truth live tonight!

'under pressure boss' always makes me laugh.

He's not been under any pressure since the day he took over.

Nope, he says he doesn't get stressed with it all and we know why.

We see his sleazy grin at other grounds when he is "scouting" the opposition.

At least he can continue to build and add to his property up North with the cash he is receiving for destroying our club .

He stopped being a legend for me after the way he shat on the club when he manufactured his move to Rangers. This latest outburst does not come as a surprise.

For the first time ever! I hate my own club! Venky's, Kean etc, I can't stand it. I'm trying to get out of going to Ewood tomorrow because i simply can't stand the ###### I will be watching for 90 mins and the crap after etc.

For the first time in my life of 21 years, i couldn't give a crap about BRFC until the cancers are out.

Completely opposite reaction to me Dunn. I packed my ST up last year but I'm going tonight. I feel tonight will be memorable but for all the wrong reasons. The night that Ewood saw it's last match in the top division, the night the worm finally turned, the night the shame of Venky's and Kean was exposed live to the nation. When I'm doing the supermarket shopping with my grandchildren resplendant in their new Man City tops I'll be able to tell them that I was sitting right here in the aisle between the pasta and the fruit and veg when that last match was played. :tu:

Colin Hendry has just said on 5Live that "the vast majority of fans have been behind the team and the manager."

He also said that Kean has conducted himself with great dignity throughout the season.

Seems like he is still looking for a job.

Hendry was a good centre half and a fans favourite but now all he is is a thick ex footballer whose usefullness ended when he hung up his boots. He's completely useless at football management and he's gambled his money away and cheated friends out of their money too. Years ago when he would have played his career out for a decent weekly wage he would have been in the gutter by now.

Hendry once had very, very close links with Ian Battersby.

Not sure where they stand now but watch this space if Battersby gets any position of influence.

Personally, would not want to see Hendry back at the club for both footballing and other reasons.

Can't believe Ian Battersby would trust Hendry to mow his lawn these days.

Well if that half-baked cretin is still there next season, then it goes without saying that about 10,000 fans won't be.

Tonight Venky's and Kean need to be left in absolutely no doubt how utterly despised, unwelcome and unwanted they are.

Hope everyone is working on their banners today!

It's like looking at 3 middle-aged men-children who never grew up.

On the other hand it actually serves as more anti-Venkean material for Rovers fans. Thanks chaps.

I can only assume these are the 3 brain-drains who plotted to send a plane up but couldn't afford it in the end, and this was the next best thing. Shame really, I was looking forward to joining in the applause as it went over.

Look out for the fabled stories of a couple of dozen Dingles who 'took Ewood'.

Nice try fellas.

Whilst I have not posted much recently, I do indeed visit this messageboard daily, sometimes a few times, today it seems my biggest fears when the loons from Pune got rid of Allardyce, Williams and Finn, employed Kean as manager, listened to a person who in my honest opinion is a cockney 'Spiv' who has taken money out of our club by either foul means or fair.

As for the Rao family, they should be totally disgusted with themselves and should stay in their rat hole in India and sell the club to people who really care!

I am gutted at what they have done in destroying our club and their puppet Kean should be made pay dearly, somethoing is not quite right here, I cant remember a manager at any level of football, who has had consistantly poor results over almost two years,

still being in a job, the whole episode stinks of irregularities and again in my honest opinion, there is a reason JW, TF, Sam and other players have been 'gagged', to my mind, you dont put gagging clauses in contracts unless you have something to hide, something which could be harmful if brought out into the public domain.

Today I hope Kean and Venkys get the biggest and most volotile vocal demonstration against them ever seen, they really are either scum or extremely stupid for what they have done, it has to be one or the other!

Sod Kean. Sod Venky's. Sod the majority of those 'players' on the pitch showing no fight. Sod Shearer. Sod Hendry. Sod to it all.

Tonight is about unleashing 18 months of frustration and anger at Kean and Venky's. It will make you feel a bit better, and will be beamed to the masses. The game is irrelevant.

I have not said much on the subject of tonight's match. What I would say is that the media are looking forward with glee to painting Kean as a saint and the Rovers fans as a bunch of ill educated retards. I just hope that the cauldron is just of anti Kean noise and that no one does anything quite as silly as attacking Kean or giving the media their dream. We are leaving the Prem and it would be good if we left it with our heads held high.

Just make it clear who is at fault for the demise of our club.

You can burn in hell Colin Hendry for what you said! The majority of the fans support him?! He kept his dignity?! You are a disgrace that sold his soul and I have lost every bit of respect that I had for you.

As for Kean 'not expecting relegation', this is the sort of deluded nonsense that I expect from this brain dead. He lives in his own reality where he's doing a good job, the team is on the up and the sky is the limit. Every other sensible Rovers fan saw this day coming a long long time ago, tried to do something about it and got massacred for doing so.

I hope he gets given hell tonight from the first minute to the last.

I whole-downheartedly agree. I am disgusted by what Hendry has said! I hero worshiped him for years! :(

I cannot understand why he would repeatedly defend Kean the way he has.

Is he after a coaching role at Ewood ?

His son is in the Academy is he trying to get him favorable treatment ?

Or does he actually believe what he has said ?

Whatever the reason, Hendry's comments are shameful and outrageous. The worst thing is Hendry didnt have to say anything! :(
