Andy Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 To be honest, they'd need to pay me £15 (and chuck a coffee at HT in there too) to go and watch a team managed by Kean.
Mattyblue Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Probably the last two games in a long, long time that we will get healthty crowds at Ewood Park. I'll savour the moment, because it could be a very rapid fall.
tomphil Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Great offer but this reminds me of when we played Birmingham City a few seasons ago. Last game and they were destined for the drop so in desperation they cut ticket prices then cut them again, by the time the game against us came around you could buy an adult ticket in home area's on the day for £4.50. They went down which was no suprise

A cup of beans Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Was that when they beat us 4-1 or something? Gold and Sullivan were the owners. I'd rather have them than Venky's! it was. embarrassing defeat. friedel and hughes' last games at rovers!
tomphil Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Was that when they beat us 4-1 or something? Gold and Sullivan were the owners. I'd rather have them than Venky's! Yes your right, i stand corrected. Either way they were in a mess and doomed and everyone knew all season they'd eventually drop a bit like us
Steve Kean's Hypnotoad Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I hope to god we either win or play well and draw on saturday. In the fickle world of football that would perk everyone up massively and a fantastic offer like this would get the reaction it deserves.
cesus Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I think a terrible crowd of 23,500 against Liverpool will have even shocked a few in the Ivory towers last night, surely our worst Premiership attendace versus them since the ground development? Radio Rovers made me laugh by saying it was due to the lack of Liverpool fans. Good move by the club but fans can only do so much!
alexanders Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I guess i still have to pay £40 or something for the dross going to be served at Stamford Bridge.
cn174 Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I guess i still have to pay £40 or something for the dross going to be served at Stamford Bridge. You'll be lucky to only be paying 40!
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 They'll be queueing up in their thousands's to buy.
Josh Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I don't think they could pay people £15 to sit through this mess
Mercer Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Paid out a lot of money for my season tickets this year. Understand need for support at critical time but now too many offers which devalues having a season ticket(s). Regular availability of offers will also impact level of season ticket sales on top of the Venky's / Coco impact.
Mattyblue Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 That's not true Mercer, the club has done it every season at this time of year for about the last 5 years.

Mercer Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 That's not true Mercer, the club has done it every season at this time of year for about the last 5 years. Understand that, but how many offers have there been this season covering how many matches ? I reckon at least a third have been on offer which feels too many.
Mattyblue Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Could be up to a third. But considering that if I had bought an individual ticket for the City, United and Lpool games (£39) it would have cost me £117, the ST is still value over matchday tickets.
Gav Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Understand that, but how many offers have there been this season covering how many matches ? I reckon at least a third have been on offer which feels too many. Doesn't bother me in the slightest if I’m honest, I’m all for getting more people into the ground, or I was before the fallout
Jock Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Lets buy up all the tickets in the Nuttal St lower and give Kean some advice.
JAL Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Lets buy up all the tickets in the Nuttal St lower and give Kean some advice. Yes, but lets not hear any stupid chants for Ruben Rochina.
Jock Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Yes, but lets not hear any stupid chants for Ruben Rochina. I'll be giving Kean some advice but it wont be about tactics.
