Well you had better explain to me how they would force someone to go where they didn't want. They can't, can they. We've had players in the past [can't remember who exactly] who refused to talk to the highest bidder, because they had their mind set on another club.

What do you all think of the rumors linking N'Zonzi to Everton?

Personally, I could see a deal going through even though I'm not sure it'd be a particularly great deal for either side. Hasn't he got a future at Rovers?

I confess I've not seen much from N'Zonzi of late, but it seems to me that Everton are being a bit hasty in the search for a replacement for Rodwell.

To be fair he did spend a lot of time on the sidelines under Allardyce. Due to general stroppyness allegedly.

NZonzi and a couple of million, plus Barkley coming the other way on a season long loan would be a decent bit of business!

Too good to be true, can't see that happening. Would be delighted to be proved wrong though.

Wasn't Barkley linked with a £10m+ move to Man Utd and Chelsea a year or so back?
