jim mk2 Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Kean appears to live on a different existential plane to the rest of us, some kind of pink-clouded nirvana of rainbows and sugarplums, Ronaldinho and impending Champions League football. The fact that he hasn't immediately cleared his desk and walked away to think about what he's done is staggering. What would constitute resignation form in Kean's world? Very good question, and one that alot of people would ask him given the chance. Ninety-nine per cent of managers would have walked away from Ewood long before we were relegated out of shame at the poor results. Kean is totally wrapped up in his own world in which nothing he does is wrong and everyone and everything else is to blame.
Hasta Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Why would a small town ex-Premier League now Championship club get time on SSN. Surely no-one else is pulling strings to get this interview aired are they?
den Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Andrew Cryer @CryerRovers Wow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant
redroses Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Cryer now changing the story again. No one knows the truth.
NeRvOuS Wr3Ck Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 this is getting beyond a joke now its about time they tell us no wonder my blood pressure is high lol
ruggles1995 Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Andrew Cryer @CryerRovers Wow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant must be looking into selling the club then maybe if there not making any financial decisions?
Craigman Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Andrew Cryer @CryerRovers Wow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant So it could take a month ! How ridiculous is this club, we won't be ready for the new season.
neophox Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Sack Kean now! Relegation is enough of alot of shambles.....poor
Clitherover Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Andrew Cryer @CryerRovers Wow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant Best case scenario, they are looking for a replacement. Worst and most probable scenario, they can't find an excuse good enough to cover their dodgy tracks.
Mercer Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Andrew Cryer@CryerRovers Wow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant IMO, this can only mean that the speculation about Rovers being sold is correct. No other rationale explanation.
True Blue & White Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Cryer has not confirmed Kean stays as manager, he said Kean EXPECTS to stay on as manager. He's just posted this now...the agony continues... Andrew Cryer @CryerRoversWow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant
nick123 Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Or it could take another month of takeover dealings to see where we are ?
davulsukur Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 A month? Venkys are an absolute joke. They actually have no idea what they are doing.
BRFCBOY Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 so in the meantime who is responsible for pre season planning etc.............. the club is a shambles
The Gull Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Andrew Cryer @CryerRovers Wow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant It basically sounds like there are two possibilities of why such a delay may happen: 1) They are biding their time as they either can't or won't get rid of Kean and they think this will give them some breathing space before the season starts. 2) They are selling and don't want to pay out the compo on their watch. I'm seriously hoping for the latter!
jim mk2 Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 So the club remains rudderless for the bulk of the close season with no direction on or off the field and the squad in desperate need of rebuilding. Prepare for another relegation.
A cup of beans Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Or it could take another month of takeover dealings to see where we are ? Cant see him coming on SSN, to speak about selling the club.
RibbleValleyRover Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Andrew Cryer @CryerRovers Wow. That doesn't sound any clearer. Just been told we will be told nothing decided on manager and could take a month! Brilliant Most teams in the Championship are sorting out their 'retained' lists and are making enquires on players ready for the start of the season, Rovers on the other hand can't make their mind up about the manager. Excellent preparation for what will be a very difficult season
den Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Even more frustrating is that we know this interview with Rao will make things no clearer. We can't believe anything they say. So on we go.........
Waggy76 Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Anderson .... he's like a bollock itch that just won't go away, but you hope that if you leave it long enough it'll go on it's own accord. It rarely does. I find it very strange how his name keeps cropping up !!!! Thought the place was rocking Jerome ??? Or is it the boat , that is being rocked at the moment ? ?
dr who true blue Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 So rovers are going to stay Stagnant for one month while every club in the championship rebuild and plan for next season what a fecking joke.
