John Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Jesus, who is this caller on 606.....blaming the fans for our situation.....
bats Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Good caller on now, well he started OK.... Rovers fan on now blaming fans for relegation
Tugay-is-God Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Looney/Burnley fan on 606 right now. This guy can't be serious, can't believe their taking this guy seriously.
roverandout Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 someone get on and sort this tosser out, arsewipe
Tugay-is-God Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Alright, this guy sounds more reasonable. EDIT: Wow that guy completely set them straight. Jase just couldn't reply.

den Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Finnaly someone said it in the public eye, well done T you always were a good'un. We all know that there's no way that Jack would have passed over his multi million pound investment in BRFC to these people. The trustees should reflect on that.
Majiball Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 We all know that there's no way that Jack would have passed over his multi million pound investment in BRFC to these people. The trustees should reflect on that. there's no way Jack would have sat back and watched in silence. disappointing.
youandwhosearmy Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 I feel sick whenever Steve Kean talks... The man is a born liar and will literally say anything to avoid blame or avoid being sacked... Joke ...
Mc Love Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Wasnt there talk of Solsjkaer being touted as the next manager? What are peoples thoughts on that?
RoyRover Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 I heard that guy come on 606 and thought he sounds like he will be a sensible caller. Whenever he started with 'the Rovers fans are to blame', I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I had to turn it down as I'm sure I would have started shouting in front of my family. I only caught a bit of the call after him and he sounded very sensible. There was another caller on called Faz I think and he also made some very good points that got Jason and Chappers ruffled. I just don't understand what fans are seeing and thinking, with all that has gone on, that they blame their own fans for our relegation? Unreal.
chaddyrovers Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Wasnt there talk of Solsjkaer being touted as the next manager? What are peoples thoughts on that? I prefer someone with Championship experience tbh. Someone like Mick McCarthy or Billy Davies. Wolves have just appoint someone with no championship experience and I think they will struggle tbh.
Salgado Is A Hero Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Can people actually specify what is it that these people on 606 actually said. I mean not exactly word-for-word or anything but the general gist of what they were saying just for all the people who didn't hear. And what were the presenters saying? Did they disagree that the fans weren't to blame? But we stopped protesting from January to April did we not? As well as all the home games we didn't protest and still lost, not to mention the games we protested and won regardless. How many organised protests did we have anyway. Also, can anyone try and make a video of Kean quotes to group together on one video, with the videos being of Kean himself saying them.....giving particular attention to when he contradicts himself.........if this were to happen I fell thousands of football and indeed even non-football fans will watch and will really highlight how much of a lying idiot he really is. I would do it myself but I am not good at those kind of things.

Brfcrule1 Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 John said: Surely we can can't go through another season of this verbal diarrhea. John I swear if this happens I will not make myself responsible for what I will do to this odius individual. I did have an idea which I was talking with Tom M about me and him kidnapping Keanochio and frog marching him down to the Jezza Kyle show for a lie detector he would eat this individual for breakfast just imagine Jez Did you stab Big Sam in the back? Coco No his nose grows a few inches Lol I did also suggest getting spreadshirt producing a few keanochio t-shirts with photoshop would be quite easy to attach keanochio's face thoughts pls.
Backroom DE. Though how Nick Harris of all people has managed to spell Kean's name wrong I don't know. Anyway, it was obvious as soon as he said he was here for the long-term that he was going to be keeping his job. No person with any remote fear for their job would publicly say they were staying unless they were 100% sure this was the case. Even Mr. Positivity wouldn't be that stupid. As long as Venky's are here, Kean is here. That's why Venky's must go.
Stuart Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Basically blaming the fans - again. Seemingly, we have been relegated because we didn't cheer the team on against Wigan. They gave a West Brom fan the opportuntity to have a go at Rovers fans. WTF does he know? He hasn't had to put up with Venkys as owners or Kean as manager of HIS club. He doesn't have a CLUE about what we have had to put up with - and he doesn't care. WhyTF does he feel so self-righteous that he can phone up a Radio show about ANOTHER club and have a pop at fans who have been going for 30, 40, 50 plus years?? WhoTF does he think he is? It's so easy on the outside looking in. These fans of other clubs are still working within the parameters of 'normal circumstances'. What has happened and is still happening at Rovers is UNPRECEDENTED! Nowhere else, and under no other circumstances would Kean have lasted as long as he has. They cited Wolves and Portsmouth. Although both teams have struggled, they both changed their managers in an attempt to arrest the decline. The clubs have always seemed to act within the normal bounds of reality. You lose too many matches, the manager loses the fans, the manager walks. Not at Ewood. But we are supposed to carry on as though everything is normal. People point at individual games, e.g. Bolton, Wigan and say we are bad fans. How long did Kean and Venkys get before protests even started? This is NEVER mentioned. We are expected to just put up with whatever garbage and lies are thrown at us by the owners / management. Btw, every person who mentions the word "dignity" or "dignified" when talking about Kean should hear a klaxon sound and receive an instant punch in the face.
BiggusLaddus Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 If he stays them i'm done with the club until every one if them is gone. I'm not funding this corruption with a penny of my money.

Steve Kean was a fantastic footballer who went on to get Fulham promoted and then rebuilt a whole football club called Blackburn Rovers, all it took was one little step back.

Rovermatt Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Rovers fan on now blaming fans for relegation That idiot on blaming the fans and praising Kean must have been a Dingle. Surely? They did a good job of doctoring my text message. What you heard was: "Why are the owners backing Kean, regardless of his horrific record and relegation? I just can't believe it!" What I wrote was: "WHY the owners are backing Kean, regardless of his horrific record and relegation, is perhaps the REAL story here." Is it me or do a lot of these personalities just not get it? There is an underlying theme that somehow the fans are to blame. There seems to be not a hint of understanding as to what people are really concerned and ###### off about.
Backroom Tom Posted May 12, 2012 Backroom Posted May 12, 2012 The way he says we took it to the last game last season and this year we had two to go makes it sound like its an achievement we survived so long. I think he may actually believe some of his own lies now
