2 suits I just dropped off at rail were something to do with #rovers & from what I could hear Steve Kean is sacked with all ties severed.

This is probably the best indication !!!

Experience tells me that very often the cat is let out of the bag naively - and this just might be one of them !!!

BRILLIANT. What a guy

@Northern_RoverFor those asking my sources in Pune still not able to confirm outcome. I hope @sportingintel can get some confirmation from his sources.

@Northern_RoverSacking Kean gives Venky's opportunity to reset relationship with fans, also will show board that they have listened to them, that can then

@Northern_RoverStart the long process of rebuilding the club, sacking Kean is the first step.

given the fact that they are taking forever to make the decision this actually means that kean could be out. the brothers and husband want him out, desai is the one that is hanging on....they will probably work on convincing her, my sense is she will bow to the pressure. there is just way too much pressure on them to make the change, from the fans, internally family and club, as well as media.

the club generally just needs a fresh start only way to do that is with kean gone. who do you guys think would be the best fit to manage rovers at this point?

Good grief, Indianfan, even Euro 2008's Paul the octopus could do a better job - and he's dead!

Do we have any 'suits' left at rovers?

Certainly not anyone of any importance!

Well that just shows how daft Kean is - if he wants the suits back that didn't even fit him properly in the first place.

It seems like you post on flavour of the moment to me.

no, i would prefer kean gone, he clearly doesn't have the experience or the backing to manage the club. point is, he may not be gone, if not then the next best option is to get good talent on the squad...even an idiot manager can look good with good talent.

i'm just curious who would be interested in the blackburn job at this point. as i said its a unique challenge - you lose all your players, you have limited funds, fan base needs to be won back, and an ownership base that knows nothing about football.

a manager that could deal with this type of adversity and bring the club back would be a legend in the making at rovers - but who would be interested at this point...thoughts?

as fans, i think we should be showing more than just anger....the senior members of this club need to show blackburn options - what is the managerial talent available and how can we petition them to show interest in the club and the job, etc.

I really hope you're right.

Was calling the Preston-Taxi guy a WUM btw, not yourself.

Kean's 'vision' included stating that Hoilett would sign if Kean stayed. Perhaps they intend to check whether Kean was fibbing, which he obviously is.

When, was he not ?

It's obvious your keen to make an impression on this MB but you really don't have to respond to your own posts.

Would not be my 1st choice but given the criteria mentioned then perhaps Karl Robinson of MK Dons might be up to the task ?

This thread should give you a good insight into who people have suggested to replace Kean:

Shut up, we need to get rid of slimeball Kean first

Doubt Kean would be anything other than that after the meeting, what were we expecting? Him to burst into tears and then go on a manic rampage through Pune before taking his own life?
