I suspect the potential buyer has something pretty damning on them and Venky's will know that. Let's face it, there are enough folk to help fuel the fires (ex directors) and, probably, even current employees.

Under normal circumstances, saying we aren't talking mega bucks would deflate me. As it is, I'd be happy for someone to take over with half a mars bar and a curly wurly to their name. As long as they have common sense and can do a better job than these odd-balls, I'll be happy.
