And that does not make the cash economy right either - the Greeks have made tax avoidance an art form and look at the state of their country. The tax evasion / avoidance argument is not spurious and is one of the main reasons why this country's public finances are in such poor order. To repeat, everyone suffers - the little people like you and me Gordon - because these people are not paying taxes. You'll get it one day.
