Duff at the moment definitely but it's just the way United utilise him that makes him look like that. He certainly didn't look erratic imo when he played for us. But that was mainly because he had Samba next to him helping him out. At Utd he is either played out of position or usually next to Johnny Evans. An extended run in the team next to Rio or Vidic will see him return to the kind of form that made them want to sign him in the first place.

Not sure if anyone's mentioned this yet, but looks like our Reserves won 3-1 yesterday with Hugo Fernandez grabbing a brace. Will he be pushing for a spot in the first team this season?

2 goals from Hugo Fernandez in the second chance. I do hope he will get games in the championship as he looks to be one of our more brighter and confident talents to emerge. As a spaniard they can have good success and he seemed settled at Rovers if you read his twitter.

He seemed to play most reserve games last season and is only 18 years old.

I think he, Jack O'Connell and Raheem Hanley both who already are with the first team and did not feature against Bamber Bridge could play with the first team this term.
