Hines has a pretty decent biography. Has anyone seen him play? Is he good?

He's average, nothing more, nothing less. We need to be looking at players that can do it at this level, but then can also progress and perform in the top league, this guy isn't one of them players.

We do also need cheap and cheerful squad players. We are seriously short on defenders, although we do have decent players to actually start (although we could do with a new left-back), so bringing in players who will expect to only play 2-5 games next year is sensible.

He was a very promising defender but typical strory: he has had a lot of injury problems and didnt quite fill his potential but he is still young so he would be good as the back up in defense that we desperatly need,
