Ask the PNE fans what they think of Shaw, he was hounded out of dumpdale after almost doing a Risedale at the club, which has resulted in them falling through the leagues without a pot to wee in.

I think you arre being a tad unfair there. Not every club Chairman has massive wealth to spew on a football club. If Jack Walker had not backed BRFC then Rob Coar would not have been in a position to fund that lot yet he was our Chairman. Shaw did a decent job without much funding, in fact I rem him publically offering to give the job to anyone who wanted it... without any takers!

The type of supporters who are usually most vocal in these matters haven't a hope in hell of understanding such a situation cos either they are incapable of constructive thought or they simply don't want to.

There are all manner of blokes doing acceptable jobs at lower league football clubs gord, however we were also a club on a budget two years ago-but we had the best.
