J*B Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Just got in my car after the meeting. Absolutely incredible statements, unbelivable opinions. I honestly cant see them both staying after that. Its one or the other. I know we have heard it all before, but he was so confident that he can do whatever he likes. I think I might just believe him.

T.J.Newton Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 The 3 defeats thing is very devious!, even Kean isn't likely to lose all 3 games in a row 1 draw could then potentially safe him(ridiculous statement), the guys just proved what we all suspected deep down already, hes just a distraction(and he has done a reasonable job of it up until now), Shebby will be gone by the end of the month i predict.

J*B Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Except sack Kean? Ive walked away from the meeting, believing that Shebby is looking for any excuse to sack Kean.
booth Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Just got in my car after the meeting. Absolutely incredible statements, unbelivable opinions. I honestly cant see them both staying after that. Its one or the other. I know we have heard it all before, but he was so confident that he can do whatever he likes. I think I might just believe him. It is, there's a clear divide. It's Shebby vs Kean/Agnew. "Take promises from Kean with a pinch of salt." Shebby Singh
T.J.Newton Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 I can see Shebby being removed for this, just for bringing the club into further disrepute even if he was mostly it seems(i wasnt there) only saying what the fans wanted to here.
The Rover of Finland Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 The club is in such a mess that losing 3 first matches is very possible. It will be a hard match at Portman Road and Rovers was always in trouble at home last season. Hull and Leicester are not easy clubs to play against.
yoda Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Just got home. Well that was worth going to looks like open warfare!
Rishton blue Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 I thought it was a good meeting. Shebby is actually quite funny but strangely worrying the fact he now 'runs' our club!! Didn't like the way he spoke about MGP though, very disrespectful to someone who loves the club like he does.
tomphil Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 It's a crazy thing to say really as now 80% of fans will want to loose the first 3 games in the hope the change is made. Talk about trying to garner support for the team, he's just done the flipping opposite. Still at least it's someone on record in public openly critizing Kean. That's one in the eye for all Andersons minions at Sky, they can't blame the fans now for kicking off !
greco Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Might as well wrap it up now. Shabby has said it is NOW not his decision to sack the manager. Of course it never was. no that im surprised, but did he directly state, he had no power when it comes to sacking kean.? regarding the 3 defeats promise, could someone elaborate on how it was meant. Is it 3 straight defeats.? 3 out of 5 games, i seem to remember a 5 game statement previously from shebby. or a third option.?
patrickvalery Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 If he answers to Balaji and is seemingly very confident about his power at Rovers, i wonder how much Mrs Desai is even involved anymore? Maybe the family spat last season has seen Balaji and his confused brother take the reigns. Just speculating.
47er Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 It might have been funny but its humiliating for anyone who loves the Club. Never in decades of watching Rovers have I seen the Club being run this way. We have never before washed our dirty linen in public. A Club so bitterly divided at the top can never give its best on the field. We are a laughing stock.
den Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Shebby said that if Kean had promised to meet the fans, then that's what he'll do. Someone asked how many body guards he had. Rovers are also paying for his chauffeur and bodyguard.
Roversi Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Did Shebby says:"Take promises from Kean with a pinch of salt" and people are reacting as if he's brought the tablets down from Mount Sinai This is the guy who told us Ronaldinho & Beckham were realistic targets, Champions Lge football was but a few summers away & Hoillett was signing this week. Did he actually say that quote about Kean!
SouthAussieRover Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 no that im surprised, but did he directly state, he had no power when it comes to sacking kean.? regarding the 3 defeats promise, could someone elaborate on how it was meant. Is it 3 straight defeats.? 3 out of 5 games, i seem to remember a 5 game statement previously from shebby. or a third option.? I just referred to what SteB tweeted...its now not his decision for sacking Kean. Not being at the meeting I may have misinterpreted in what context it was meant.

No it's not. He's only worked here for a couple of months
cn174 Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 No it's not. He's only worked here for a couple of months I think he was talking about Kean

patrickvalery Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Simon Cowell of the football world. Sorry Shebster, i was willing to give you a shot at this, but it appears you've already manged this yourself. Right in the foot! Has the public perception of a football club ever been so low?
T.J.Newton Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 http://www.lancashir...vers_boss_Kean/ seems this article has bown LTs servers, serves them right for having so many ads,pop-ups,etc..(making the site virtually unbearable for me).
