Does anyone know if Henley is fit or not ?

Even if he isn't, he was for the majority of last season so there's no defending Kean this time.....our 3rd most promising youngster in recent times, after Jones and Hanley, isn't played despite impressing a lot when he has, and instead a DM is played at full back instead.

Murphy hasnt any where near lived up to the hype, Kazim is just here to put himself in the shop window for a permanent move to the prem

also:- Gomes is only good for 20mins here and there, nunes has potential but is a liability.

Give Murphy a chance....it's only been 3 games.....he needs players to pass to and Pedersen and Lowe on the wings nullifies our threat that way......so what if Kazim is? Do you expect players who have just come to get us back in the Prem? Surely that would mean Kazim will try his hardest in games though? Who cares why he's here if he plays well like he has been doing, and scores like he has been doing.

wasnt being negative, just pointing out that only Ethuhu is the only solid short and long term signing, all the other transfers have been made to line the pockets of kean/agents/venkys and not for the best of the club long term.

We need to concentrate on the short term first which is getting promoted and this will obviously help in the long term......so Kazim is a good signing as he could help get us promoted.

Were you well aware of him before we signed him - honestly?

Ryan Nelsen and Chris Samba both came on trial in the January window that they signed. That seemed to be the way then with relatively unproven players, get them ind have a look at them close up. Now it seems that the eejits that run the club can't wait to give contracts to virtual nobodies. There is something sinister in this 'policy' and you can bet your bottom dollar that the unscrupulous slimeball is heavily involved.

if by a miracle we did get promoted with this clown of a manager, we would find ourselves in the prem with an entire squad of players incapable of performing at that level, so would have to buy virtually another entire new squad and get rid of all the current squad(Which wont raise much £) to stay in the prem!!!!!(can you see venkys funding that, No they will have taken the TV money and gone back into hiding by then).

Subjective though. IMO Robinson, Givet, Birmingham Dann (if not sell), Orr, Best, Formica, Murphy, Etuhu, Nuno Gomes, Rochina, Goodwillie, Hanley, Henley and Vukcevic are good enough for the league. Under Kean they all look terrible but it doesn't matter which players we have in the Prem under Kean as we would be relegated anyway.....with a half decent manager we could stay up with most of our players, plus a couple of astute signings in the right positions.

cos you dont have a clue. probably been talking to that numpty bookie you know

Calm down Chaddy, Barca was a joke just in case you thought I was being serious.

All I'll say is, let's see where they are come Saturday !

As for my 'numpty bookie' friend, his wife takes delivery of a new BMW 3 at weekend as an anniversary present. Clearly, he doesn't have a feckin clue what he's doing !

You should always bet judiciously, do so and you wont go far wrong. 2012 is proving a good year and I am well into the black :D

Qute clear that Kean wouldn't know a good player if he got smacked in the face with one.

One reason for sacking Sam was apparently 'too many mistakes in the transfer market'.

Apart from Yak and possibly J Jones, I think all Kean's signings stink.

We are unbelievably bad.

The idea of bringing in some cheap highly-rated youngsters from a country in economic crisis doesn't immediately strike me as bad business.

However, it seems we are the only club finding these particular players highly rated.

Nicko seemed to think they had a common agent, but is apparently saving that story for later.

It's more like an episode of 24 than a football club.

So the Portuguese extravaganza stinks and we've not signed a complete player amongst the lot of them?

That figures.

It seems we are Kean to be rid of Nzoni (defensive mid), Martin Olsson (seen as an FB), Dann (CB) and Orr (FB). And all this by a club playing Jason Lowe at left back, such are the defensive riches available.

We are going to have the weirdest unbalanced squad imaginable if all this lot pans out.

Why are we still wasting team on this! They DON'T want to sell to a club in the same division. This is pointless lets just move on

They either have inside information that he definitely wants to come - and to be honest the latest statement from the Huddersfield chairman - though not saying he wanted to go, also didn't say he wanted to stay. Alternatively Huddersfield are playing a blinder - potentially leaving one of their Championship rivals scrambling around on the final day of the transfer market to get in any old striker.
