BRFCBOY Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Makes the petrovic an pedersen link more plausible Quote
sharpysharps Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Not a bad player, good for championship level, has been in and out of the fulham team. 22 league appearances and 11 european appearances last season. Quote

The Rover of Finland Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Green light from here but this not the one we should go for with big wage offers. Quote
Jkbrfc12 Posted August 2, 2012 Author Posted August 2, 2012 Think he would be decent tbh big strong lad! Quote
Backroom Tom Posted August 2, 2012 Backroom Posted August 2, 2012 Yup happy with that for the level we are at and the people we have for the position Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 I think this would be a good signing for the Championship. IF we somehow do get up boy have we got some work on our hands next summer though!!!! Quote
Ossydave Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Just what we need IMO, someone to get stuck in. We simply cannot go into a championship season with a powder-puff midfield. Quote
Salgado Is A Hero Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Good signing....we've been crying out for a tough tackling midfielder, barring J Jones, since Savage left and this guy will fit the bill. Would be fine in the Prem as well on the off chance we get promoted.....championship experience is useful but like others have pointed out, it is not a good idea to have to revamp the squad if we get back up. Quote
A cup of beans Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Another player with a historical link to Kean. Etuhu has Never been consistantly good. Quote
chaddyrovers Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Would be a good signing. What we need a ball winning midfielder player. Quote
Lurid Coat Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 This would actually constitute an excellent piece of business - if he isn't on stupid wages. Underrated player IMO. Quote
Hekla Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 This would actually constitute an excellent piece of business - if he isn't on stupid wages. Underrated player IMO. I agree, has done very well with Fulham without being noticed that much. Quote
donnermeat Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Putting 2 and 2 together I would say maybe Murphy has recommended this signing. Quote
Hekla Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Murphy and Etuhu is very strong for Championship level. Impressive. Quote
sharpysharps Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Another player with a historical link to Kean. Etuhu has Never been consistantly good. Kean had long left fulham before they signed Etuhu. There is no link as far as I am aware Quote
Salgado Is A Hero Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Defensive midfielders often go unnoticed.....I would be happy as long as he isn't on high wages......I also agree that this was a Murphy recommendation......due to his age, he is probably a bit wary of who is next to him and was obviously comfortable next to Etuhu at Fulham. Quote
Josh Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Good player. When I first saw the LT headline on the website I was dreading it being Kelvin Etuhu Quote
patrickvalery Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Good steady signing and would add some steel to our powder puff midfield. Quote
roverandout Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 good, honest pro, could be our new savage Quote
blueboy3333 Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Solid and a better footballer than he's given credit for. Who is identifying targets this summer because they're a lot better than the tripe signed last summer? Quote
Rovers_Dan Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 another nob ender i dont really know too much about him other than playin for north end. Quote
Bing Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Sorry but Etuhu is an abysmal footballer. Use of the ball is terrible. Quote
LeChuck Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 We already know that he and Murphy can form a good partnership in central midfield. Very good signing if it comes off. Quote
