Athlete Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Our priority is getting out of this hell hole of a league,no interest in meaningless cup games played infront of 2,000. oh we'll get out of it allright with our Steve at the helm.....

Stuart Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Not liking this draw format. Why are some teams already decided? Did I miss a first part of the draw or something? Oh, and we are away at MK Dons
Grabbi Graeme Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 MK Dons away, a winnable game as long as Stevie doesn't decide to sacrifice it.
Salgado Is A Hero Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 I'm up for a cup run as we aren't getting promoted under this clown....if he goes then fair enough I hope we get knocked out as soon as but until that happens I'm all for it.
windymiller7 Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Hmm, I'm not convinced with getting a result in any match with Coco at the helm, but it should defo be winnable. I don't see anyone mentioning the Worthington Cup BTW - we all seemed to like it when it was called that for some reason!
John Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Won't be that easy, Karl Robinson is rated a decent manager plus we are away from home.
adsfortheblues Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 What a coincidence we come up against Karl Robinson, the chap we apparently wanted to replace Kean, I can see their boys giving us a whopping.
Salgado Is A Hero Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Bunn, Emerton, Hanley, Givet, Olsson, Pedersen, Nzonzi, Petrovic, Rochina, Formica, Goodwillie was the team last season that beat Sheff Wed. Bunn, Lowe, Hanley, Givet, Olsson, Vukcevic, Petrovic, Grella, Rochina, Roberts, Blackman was the team last season that beat Leyton Orient. Obviously we're away now which is quite a big difference but the team should be roughly similar to the ones we put out in these games where we won pretty comfortably. Sheff Wed were later promoted as well.......but Karl Robinson seems to be quite highly rated and I heard they wanted to sign Bentley as well.....the only players of theirs I know are Alan Smith who I remember scoring against us for Utd at least once and Ryan Lowe, a striker who cost me almost £400 on an accumulator after scoring in the last minute of injury time when he played for Chester.
Mike Graham Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 An away game....I will go to that! And a nice, easy to get to, new ground to visit. We will get stuffed as that lying toe rag Coco will throw the game.
Rovers_Dan Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 theres nowt as grim as a trip to milton keynes! they've got an ikea next door to the stadium which is bigger than heathrow airport! not sure on the boozers side at all, although they do sell wine and beer in ikea. you might have to drink around bletchley area and try and crack the enigma code again while your at it.
Muddboy Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Week commencing the 27th of August. Date to be decided. I'll be there - only 10 miles from home! Makes a nice change.
davulsukur Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Bunn, Lowe, Hanley, Givet, Olsson, Vukcevic, Petrovic, Grella, Rochina, Roberts, Blackman was the team last season that beat Leyton Orient.

Didn't we conceed a bag full of goals against these 2? im sure Leyton game was 4-3, wasn't that easy pal
braddock Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Didn't we conceed a bag full of goals against these 2? im sure Leyton game was 4-3, wasn't that easy pal It was comfortable enough though.
Salgado Is A Hero Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Didn't we conceed a bag full of goals against these 2? im sure Leyton game was 4-3, wasn't that easy pal The correct score has just been mentioned.....I didn't see the games but in the Leyton Orient one, the general consensus on here was that we were in complete control the whole time and could have gone up a few gears if necessary.....and Sheff Wed we were 3-0 up after 7 minutes.
Sparky Marky Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 been like that for a couple of years now but i'm not a fan either. Usually we're seeded into the 3rd round... We only didn't play in round 1 because we were the 2nd highest team (Bolton also got a bye). SO there's somat to be said for finishing 19th..... :S Probably a new contract.
Clitherover Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Wonder how many fans will be willing to make the journey down to Milton Keynes on Tuesday night, tickets are cheap enough £12 but I think I'll pass.
OJRovers Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 I am going to MK Dons, will be my first game of the season We better not forfeit this one
Hanks Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Thinking of going myself but I have not got a ticket and the box office is not open until Tuesday. Anyone have any idea if they will be still be selling them on Tuesday morning?
