Im thinking along the lines of if we win then great ill have seen a good game so will go home with a bit of a smile on(although ill prob feel very dirty afterwards)/but if we lose also great more pressure on Scumbo Kean(and a test of Shebbys word) so id still go home with more of a grin on.

just had another look at what seats are left for hull and i think my guess in the last post was way of as the Jackwalker stand looks even more like a ghost town than usual, my initial guess was just based on how many seats where left in the riverside where im sitting(only £15).

20,530....our first home gate v Port Vale in this Division after being relegated in '99

The sad thing is a low attendance come Wednesday and our supporters will be labelled pathetic part timers by both the gloating media and opposition fans alike...you just know whats coming folks!

Maybe, just maybe they will see the truth and the real reason for the bad crowd behind all the lies for once......

I don't really give a stuff what the media and some moronic opposition fan thinks. I left all that behind when I left school.

Wednesday night will be spent in the local that has no tv but bloody good real ale for £2.20 a pint. Venky Rovers may just creep in as my fourteenth thought

are any of the steadfast non-season ticket renewers going down to make their presence felt outside or just going to sit at home sulking(only messin :tu: ).

No, stopping at home decorating. Far more enjoyable than Coco fare!

hope there is less than 10,000

There were plenty of punters (nuggets perhaps.....only joking) queueing to get tickets in the Club Shoppee today which surprised me.

Seriously though, Boycotting might put a chink in venkys finances(not that they seem to care), But from Kean point of view im sure hes delighted their will be 1000s less calling him out, Surely it would be better to go and put constant pressure on him and let him know/that we know hes a complete Imbecile than stay home 'decorating' or whatever.

i think their will be closer to 15,000(depending on how many season ticket holders bother going down!), i booked a ticket online last night and it looked over a third full and i think their will be more buying tickets up until kickoff(ticket prices are quite low for this 1), main reason i have decided to go is just out of some-kind of perverse curiosity.

I don't think it matters if season ticket holders go or not, for attendance purposes I think once you have bought a season ticket you are counted in every attendance. If we have sold just over 8,000 season tickets that will always be the minimum attendance even if none show up. Bizzare I know but the majority of clubs count attendances based on tickets sold rather than who goes through the turnstile. I remember the Rovers changing to this system sometime in the 1980s as I seem to recall reading an article in the programme about it at that time. Personally, I suspect the attendance will be between 10,000 and 13,000 depending on how many travel from Hull. I expect a larger gate on Saturday as I suspect Leicester will bring a decent following.

Ipswich was a reality check as to just how poor this team/squad actually is. The full backs are dire and though L;owe is a trier there is no hiding he is a modestly talented, right-footed midfielder playing at left back. Bradley Orr is a big girl's blouse. The centre backs are ok at defending the box but can't pass water. Midfield has no movement and no pace other than Marcus O who has little football ability. This is a worse team that the one Kidd managed to the bottom six of this league before being sacked.

I think that there are players in this squad who (when fit or willing/able to play) would storm this league with a different manager. We have Rochina, Formica, Simon who do have something about them, Murphy, Etuhu, Kazim Richards and Best who are decent, even Goodwillie can find the back of the net despite looking like his feet are desperate to move towards opposite poles. The centre backs are decent, the keeper is ok and should we cling onto him, Ollson is effective. Let's see how we go on on Wed, if we win great, if we lose then either Shebby or Kean will be a stride closer to leaving.

No, he wasn't.

Well, OK, if you exclude all the skullduggery, it was alluded to that Allardyce got canned because of his style of football. One part of that was nicking a goal and going all out to defend that lead. It wasn't until we were safe in 2010 that Big Sam ever let the side of the leash. Anyway, this is getting dangerously close to stirring up another Allardyce debate. My point was that Kean shouldn't have had us defending a one goal lead against Ipswich. Inexcusable. With the budget we seem to have, we should have a squad strong enough of playing on the front foot against any side in this league.

Not a chance, been there done that, sadly not enough people cared when plunging towards relegation last season, so why should people care this season enough to protest outside. If I had any faith in my fellow supporters I'd be down like a shot to hammer the regime and manager, but we have far to many 'Rovers Fans' who are content to **** on week in week out.

The gate will be the most interesting part of the evening, I think 12k, but would love to see under 10k, that would send out a clear message to all concerned, but would the club tell the whole story when announcing the gate if it was under 10k?

Nope, be out on my bike doing something more worthwhile listening on the radio.

It WILL hurt not being there.

Considering this game isn't on TV, would it be alright if links to streams were posted on here? I imagine there will be streams so I just want to check before I post one...

Member usually get banned for doing that. Previous seasons they have anyway.

I thought some of these gambling sites now had legit streams that you could watch?
