roversfan99 Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Why don't you make dismissive comments like that about Bowyers negative style of play? It has been dire to watch at Ewood recently.

chaddyrovers Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I can see the West Ham owners getting close to sacking Big Sam soon. Big Sam has ONLY won 3 games in 18 games. losing 10 and drawing 5. Paul Hayward @_PaulHayward 2h 10 defeats and only 3 wins in 18 for West Ham. Only Palace, Cardiff and Sunderland have scored fewer. Striker shopping time. this is shocking form. he keeps blaming injuries and lack of striker but he had all summer to find one. but massively over spend on a Carroll who is rarely fit and wasted 15 mil on him. also signing Downing aswell. I think he wont be there come end of January. Plus a lot of West Ham fans want him out for sure. only got to listen to radio phone in's and look at Twitter.
JAL Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Just shows Shebby's judgement was right all along... Yes, but the tale doing the rounds at the time of the two day interview was that Tim wouldn't come because he wouldnt have full control on transfers in and out allegedly ?
Stuart Posted December 26, 2013 Author Posted December 26, 2013 Plus a lot of West Ham fans want him out for sure. only got to listen to radio phone in's and look at Twitter. What do fans know?
roversfan99 Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 I thought I already had? Not with the same sarcastic undertone. I can see the West Ham owners getting close to sacking Big Sam soon. Big Sam has ONLY won 3 games in 18 games. losing 10 and drawing 5. Paul Hayward @_PaulHayward 2h 10 defeats and only 3 wins in 18 for West Ham. Only Palace, Cardiff and Sunderland have scored fewer. West Ham fans are idiots and were moaning when he took them up and to 10th. They never wanted him. They will stay up, he asked for many strikers in the summer and they couldn't get them. They also have Petric and Vaz Te injured. I can't believe you don't rate a consistently good manager yet you rate Bowyer and worst of all, Appleton.
Audax Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 West Ham in recent years, has at times, seemed to have put together a real patchwork of a squad, I remember a few years ago, they had this Italian journeyman, I believe De Marchi. Then, I thought how probably a number of clubs, at least the Rovers have had to do similar so I kind of just let it go. But I think there is some truth to it and their academy still produces some good players. People criticise Allardyce and they also criticise Pulis, look at Crystal Palace today? Though, Palace fans are not itchy like the WHU fans but a lot of that kind of fussing is on the Hammers message board. I'm not sure if the fans who really follow the club are that way, sure at least a few might be.

Very big of yourself. the West Ham fans see their team every week live when you dont see them every week. Allardyce had all summer to sign striker so he cant keep using the same old excuses. Plenty of strikers were available..why dont they want to go there? Allardyce style of football? Wages? Plus he has spend 15 mil pounds on injury prone striker. he could have got 2 strikers in with that money that would have played more games than Carroll Also when did I say i dont rated Allardyce??? Didnt say this but yet again you make things up again.

Especially the last para in the context of the rest of it.Have you learned nothing from Rovers' experience of sacking Allardyce, Chaddy?
roversfan99 Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 West Ham fans are idiots??? Very big of yourself. You say this having said I should get a punch in the face yesterday on twitter. Yes they are idiots. the West Ham fans see their team every week live when you dont see them every week. So they saw them get promoted and finish 10th too, now they are having a blip but I have no doubts that Big Sam will keep them up and get his striker problem sorted next month. They never wanted him from the start so would always turn at the faint smell of potential problems. Allardyce had all summer to sign striker so he cant keep using the same old excuses. Plenty of strikers were available..why dont they want to go there? Allardyce style of football? Wages? He signed Carroll who was supposed to be injured for 2 games. He said he gave the owners a list of different strikers and they didn't manage to get any. He also has Vaz Te and Petric who also got injured so its a fair excuse. Plus he has spend 15 mil pounds on injury prone striker. he could have got 2 strikers in with that money that would have played more games than Carroll Also when did I say i dont rated Allardyce??? Didnt say this but yet again you make things up again. You also keep saying that Big Sam plays boring football. Why do you like Appleton and Bowyer who also play boring football?
Backroom Tom Posted December 27, 2013 Backroom Posted December 27, 2013 You also keep saying that Big Sam plays boring football. Why do you like Appleton and Bowyer who also play boring football? Reading his twitter and posts here I'm not sure he knows his own argument anymore
John Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 Only watched it for the first time recently but BT Sport's football coverage is really awful - comes across cheap and Michael Owen loves to raise his voice when commentating.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted December 27, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted December 27, 2013 They've had some good games on, but I agree about Michael Owen - he's duller than dishwater.
John Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 @@SunSportNow: Cardiff have sacked manager Malky Mackay.
FGS5635 Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 Clueless owners strike again. Hope they are relegated now and it costs tan a fortune
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted December 27, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted December 27, 2013 Vincent Tan trying to compete with Venky's for the worst owner award.
Backroom DE. Posted December 27, 2013 Backroom Posted December 27, 2013 Mackay needed his players to perform for him on Thursday, and for whatever reason they chose not to. His reprieve was always a stay of execution and I don't think anybody will be surprised that he's been canned.
Majiball Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 Clueless owners strike again. Hope they are relegated now and it costs tan a fortune That's one of the major reasons he has been sacked, relegation will ruin Cardiff thanks to their supposedly excellent transfer business. Vincent Tan trying to compete with Venky's for the worst owner award. Tan's a great owner compared to Venky's. Asians don't in the main wash the laundry in public like people do over here. He needs to learn to play the press better as Malkay and Moody (ex-journo) have painted him out to be the bad man, when it's a combination of them both.
John Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 Sky Sources working round the clock - sounds like an appointment soon @SkySportsNews: Sky sources: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer among candidates to replace Mackay - follow the developing story on #SSN
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted December 27, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted December 27, 2013 Sky sources understand=we read it on twitter.
Ricky Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 I'd swap Tan for Venky's in a heartbeat!! At least he's actually put some money into the club!!
Stuart Posted December 27, 2013 Author Posted December 27, 2013 I'd swap Tan for Venky's in a heartbeat!! At least he's actually put some money into the club!! What if he wanted us to play in claret and blue...?
