Audax Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Cardiff Sunderland later, Sunderland could really start to make their great escape. I don't really care but it is fascinating considering how dead in the water Sunderland like Crystal Palace have looked.

Backroom Tom Posted December 28, 2013 Backroom Posted December 28, 2013 If you can't always be good be lucky Great Baggies free kick off the post Ended 3-3
davulsukur Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 If Sunderland beat Cardiff then West Ham will be bottom of the league. Is a 3-3 draw good enough to save Allardyce's skin? I'm not too sure.
Stuart Posted December 28, 2013 Author Posted December 28, 2013 Looked to me as though only a handful of the team were fighting for Sam. Nolan being one of the main ones. Allardyce must have been gutted to watch Anelka playing for the oppo.
John Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 The fans are always right.... @josh_wallis1: @davidgold how can you still back allardyce? our record is worse than avrams and look where we ended up! steve kean or malky makay in!
roversfan99 Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Since when was a 40.87% win record worse than 31.91%? Bowyers is 34.78%. Based on wiki.

You added that last line yourself, didn't you John.Didn't you...? People like that deserve everything they get.
davulsukur Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Since when was a 40.87% win record worse than 31.91%? Bowyers is 34.78%. Based on wiki. PL record i would think?
roversfan99 Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 But he finished 10th last year, Avram did a terrible job.
davulsukur Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 It was just a guess, i wasn't agreeing with the guy but Allardyce has a promotion season in the championship which adds to his win % which is why his premier league record might be worse than Grants.
Guest Norbert Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Now I may be starting to hallucinate after someone sneaked into my house and spiked my sandwich I have just eaten, but did some Whammer say 'Allardyce out, Kean in'? Jesus H. Christ, if that is the consensus, then they deserve relegation.
Roverthechimp Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Man Utd might be on the phone soon...
Guest Norbert Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Moyes is so lucky. A 6 year contract because he's one of Ferguson's best mates.
chaddyrovers Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 here Sam Allardyce record as a manager As of 26 December 2013 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Allardyce wouldn't be surprise to see Big Sam sack and Malky Mackay to come as manager. former WHU player and the WHU owners didn't sacked Grant when they should have done and went down. wont want this to happen again. I can see Sven being the next Cardiff manager. but a lot depends on who the Cardiff owner and CEO listening to within the football world.
Backroom DE. Posted December 28, 2013 Backroom Posted December 28, 2013 Poor ffan, he must be having a breakdown watching the shower of @#/? that plays for them at the moment.
thenodrog Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Pity I could tolerate Sam better now I've had to endure the loons from Pune and everyone else.Well done for having the courage to say so..... thousands still don't have.
Backroom DE. Posted December 28, 2013 Backroom Posted December 28, 2013 Difficult to feel any sympathy for Cardiff after they sacked Mackay so ridiculously, but they really didn't deserve that. I guess that's football...
Majiball Posted December 28, 2013 Posted December 28, 2013 Well done for having the courage to say so..... thousands still don't have. I never once called for him to be sacked, just to improve. exactly as I do with gb.
Backroom DE. Posted December 30, 2013 Backroom Posted December 30, 2013 Cardiff are apparently looking at hiring one Paul "SHOOT" Ince if Solksjaer rejects them... I wonder if the guv'nor's second stint in the prem would be as miserable as his first?
John Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 All falling into place at Fulham. Fulham have confirmed the appointment of Ray Wilkins as assistant head coach.

Audax Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 So Fulham added Curbishley and now Ray Wilkins (Assistant Head Coach). All the same, this is a real brain-trust and could work. Different approach. Hull defeated Fulham 6-0 over the weekend; good relegation battle going on really. Fulham West Ham Wednesday. WHU, Curbs' old club. Stage is set. Looks like some other crucial matches for that part of the table as well. All falling into place at Fulham.Fulham have confirmed the appointment of Ray Wilkins as assistant head coach.
RevidgeBlue Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 Ouch, West Ham losing 2-1 to Fulham after being one up and but for the keeper could easily have been on the wrong end of a hiding according to SSN.
