ABBEY Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Seems almost certain they're going down... and apparently have a £50m fine to deal with if they do. That'll be most of their parachute payments wiped out... WILL BE INTERESTING

chaddyrovers Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 That's what I thought when we beat them 2-0 at home last season. I really thought that QPR were poor last season Going to be difficult for Poyet to come back from what's happening today... they started the second half with ten men because Larsson was nowhere to be found, then limped onto the pitch injured a few minutes later bizarre. I read last week that Poyet will be sack at the end of the season. it said that Sam Allardyce will be top choice to replace him if SA leaves West Ham. (source is Sunday Mail) Sunderland should be mid table team. squad is good. Poyet's tactics are boring

Judging from the fans reaction his presence will be poisonous going forward. No idea who they get in though - the popular thing these days seems to be promoting the assistant/first team coach until the end of the season.

Sunderland and QPR will need new managers in the summer
Backroom DE. Posted March 14, 2015 Backroom Posted March 14, 2015 Reckon Pelligrini will go at the end of the season as well. For all the money spent there City have never looked great under him. Now they're losing to @#/? Burnley.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted March 14, 2015 Moderation Lead Posted March 14, 2015 They'll be 1 point behind Sunderland if it stays like this...
Husky Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 It's probably different if you have contact with Burnley fans, but personally I don't care about their result. Why would I ever want Man keany to win?
gumboots Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I cheered when burnley scored. I love it when anyone does well against big teams
chris_h Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I cheered when burnley scored. I love it when anyone does well against big teams Shocking stuff.

Husky Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Good call from the ref there (it looked like a penalty first up). Whatever you say about Burnley; Dyche is a likeable guy and at least they're not one of those Prem teams full of fanny diving cheats!
chris_h Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 To be fair Gumboots comes across as a passionate Rover but, I believe, is not a native East Lancastrian so maybe doesn't share a hatred of b*rnly

Whatever you say about Burnley; Dyche is a likeable guy and at least they're not one of those Prem teams full of fanny diving cheats! Really? Zabaletta touched the ball, Mee touched the man. Penalty.
Backroom DE. Posted March 14, 2015 Backroom Posted March 14, 2015 Hope Barca absolutely destroy City in the second leg.
chris_h Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Tosser Pellegrini. Deserves potting for that if nowt else.
Husky Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Really? Zabaletta touched the ball, Mee touched the man. Penalty. He went down like a sack of spuds. It was as much of a penalty as Killa on Lallana last Sunday
Stuart Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 Really? Zabaletta touched the ball, Mee touched the man. Penalty. Agreed. Definite penalty after the replay. A soft one but he caught the man and didn't touch the ball. You see them given all the time. The ref presumably thought Mee got the ball from his angle.
chris_h Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Sunderland need Dyche, Dyche should be at a proper football club.
Stuart Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 Dyche sounds like an android in this interview but got to love his attitude. "I told the players they were average and should have worked harder".
donnermeat Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I wish Dyche would clear his throat every once in a while.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted March 14, 2015 Moderation Lead Posted March 14, 2015 I want to hand the lad a pack of strepsils, it takes the p1ss his voice.
