Ossydave Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Just flicked on Sky Sports 4, they're showing Premier League Years 1992-93. As I switched on Shearer was just nodding home in the 7-1 defeat of Norwich. Whatever happens in the next few years, you've got to be grateful for what we had. Few are as lucky. I could still describe every goal from that game in perfect detail, how the times change eh I've only just bothered to watch the 'highlights' from the Blackpool game ten minutes ago, completely lost interest these days.

Backroom DE. Posted April 1, 2013 Backroom Posted April 1, 2013 great goal and hated his relegeous celebration . Why?
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted April 1, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted April 1, 2013 Why? I thought that, I'm no fan of religion by any stretch of the imagination, but to each his own.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted April 1, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted April 1, 2013 Looks like Evra has picked up a few curse words since arriving in England!!
imy9 Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 just laughing at the #mufc flag..manchester is our heaven..thats two places you aint been to then. great goal and hated his relegeous celebration . His celebration is very popular nowadays, think Cisse does the same, thanking god for his goal.
Rover_Shaun Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Loved this from the BBC Fulham v QPR report Rangers gifted the hosts a 3-0 lead as they suffered a loss that leaves them seven points adrift of Premier League safety with seven games left. "We gave away the most terrible goals I've ever seen since I've been managing a football team," said Redknapp. "A penalty, losing the ball and an own goal. Scandalous goals. It was an absolute disaster." Central defender Christopher Samba was the guilty party for the first two goals as he conceded a penalty from which Dimitar Berbatov put Fulham in front before losing the ball to the Bulgarian striker, who made it 2-0.
Backroom Tom Posted April 4, 2013 Backroom Posted April 4, 2013 Has anyone seen this http://chedevans.com/ Ex sheffield united player Ched Evans was convicted of rape and sentenced to 5 years in prison, now his family have started a website to maintain his innocence including a video appeal from his girlfriend, quite an interesting read although a lot of it comes across as quite desperate for example questioning how the jury now sleep at night.
Amo Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Has anyone seen this http://chedevans.com/ Ex sheffield united player Ched Evans was convicted of rape and sentenced to 5 years in prison, now his family have started a website to maintain his innocence including a video appeal from his girlfriend, quite an interesting read although a lot of it comes across as quite desperate for example questioning how the jury now sleep at night. Laughing my balls off at that image of him on the mountain top. That's me convinced.
John Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Ferguson on Phil Jones Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has hailed Phil Jones' versatility and branded him 'an animal for football'. http://www.football365.com/manchester-united/8620775/Manchester-United-boss-Sir-Alex-Ferguson-full-of-praise-for-Phil-Jones?
Backroom Tom Posted April 7, 2013 Backroom Posted April 7, 2013 Bobby Zamora just stuffed a player in the face and then moans when he gets sent off, footballers are a special level of thick
cn174 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 When they were all milling around you could hear him say that he'd got the ball. Err aye whatever
Stuart Posted April 7, 2013 Author Posted April 7, 2013 Dowd took a long time to decide though, and only after consulting with his assistant. Studs up, foot at shoulder height, looking straight at the player. Made Nani's challenge against Madrid look like a tickle.
Audax Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Very attractive counterattack and voila, QPR leading. Very nice really. snicker, Latics got it back after QPR gifted 'em a free-kick at the top of the box... Free-Kick, Net. 1-1
davulsukur Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Just watching MOTD2. Cisse bagging the winner for Newcastle and then charging off into the crowd to be mobbed by the fans. Hell, even Pardew got in on the act. Depressing, when are we ever likely to see scenes like that at Ewood Park again?
Salgado Is A Hero Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 When we get through to the quarter finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy?
Hasta Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 Phil Jones got lucky there. If that hadnt hit Kompany and gone in it would have been miss of the season.
watford-rover Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 a knee sliding celebration for an own goal. surely thats worthy of a straight red
Backroom Tom Posted April 8, 2013 Backroom Posted April 8, 2013 Hilarious goal, van Persie's free kick is on its way in after Hart flaps as he usually does, Phil jones then clears it off the line and kompany diverts it in Great player shocking haircut
G Somerset Rover Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 I love watching Aguero. Stop start season but in the top 3 players in the league when he's fit. Reminiscent of his goal against QPR.
