Batman. Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Love that guy. Him and John Hartson up front would have been terrifying.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted April 21, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted April 21, 2013 Haha, and he bags right at the death to equalise!!!
Batman. Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 The man's living the dream. How many on here could seriously say that they wouldn't bloody love to bite Ivanovic on the arm?
Backroom DE. Posted April 21, 2013 Backroom Posted April 21, 2013 Would rather just spark him out tbh.
Batman. Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Would rather just spark him out tbh. Not many more cringeworthy sentences than this.
Stuart Posted April 21, 2013 Author Posted April 21, 2013 Ah, my mate, Suarez. Must be the most disgusting, cheating player ever to have graced the top flight of English football. They reckon that all geniuses have an element of insanity. Biggest excuse ever in the case of Suarez.

Backroom DE. Posted April 21, 2013 Backroom Posted April 21, 2013 Uh huh. Anyhow... When Suarez last bit an opponent he got a 7 game ban - http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/9225097.stm With the precedent being set should the FA follow the same guideline? I'd assume they're under no obligation to, but the situations are very similar.
Batman. Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 They could teach him a chilling lesson by asking you to spark him out.

"If that had happened at any non-televised game up and down the country, no-one would be talking about it". Amazing that neither the ref nor linesman saw it, eh? Souness was pundit for Sky and said that he was dragging the name of Liverpool down. Brendan Rodgers, meanwhile, ducked the issue while he waits to watch the video... They could teach him a chilling lesson by asking you to spark him out. He'd never get near him...
Batman. Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Chop Souey? The bloke who tried to break our centre forward's leg in training?
davulsukur Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 He bites, he dives, he hates the Jackson five, Luis Suarez, Luis Suarez!

I think the media storm that's bound to follow this will pretty much force their hand. It wasn't like it was a quick bite, the guy started gnawing at his arm like a rat and was showing no signs of stopping before Ivanovich shoved him away
Stuart Posted April 21, 2013 Author Posted April 21, 2013 Chop Souey? The bloke who tried to break our centre forward's leg in training? An over the top 'tackle', reckless even, is not the same as biting an opponent. The only sport where a bite is acceptable is fishing.
T4E Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 He bites, he dives, he hates the Jackson five, Luis Suarez, Luis Suarez! Outstanding.

Stuart Posted April 21, 2013 Author Posted April 21, 2013 You're right, one can end a career, one can't. Sod the career, Tetanus can end a life.
Batman. Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 I'd love it if biting replaced tackling. Imagine a last ditch bite shopping the centre forward scoring. Perfection.
Stuart Posted April 21, 2013 Author Posted April 21, 2013 I'd love it if biting replaced tackling. Imagine a last ditch bite shopping the centre forward scoring. Perfection. Well, it would explain Leon Best's leg...
Backroom Tom Posted April 21, 2013 Backroom Posted April 21, 2013 He bites, he dives, he hates the Jackson five, Luis Suarez, Luis Suarez! Now that's a funny chant
davulsukur Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 I stole it from Facebook, so I can't take any credit. Thought it was a great chant tho.
