Backroom Tom Posted April 28, 2013 Backroom Posted April 28, 2013 Are united asleep ? Phil Jones looks like he's still drunk celebrating becoming united best ever player
arbitro Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Amazing seeing Redknapp laughing and smiling as soon as the final whistle went. He's got his cash, so who cares? That was his jowels wobbling! I wonder what his mates in the London media mafia make of it? He can always blame Hughes.
adopted scouser Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 They look better second half but Jones is a donkey !
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Amazing seeing Redknapp laughing and smiling as soon as the final whistle went. He's got his cash, so who cares? They dont give a toss so long as the Millions keep depositing in their bank accounts...the games knackered.
Backroom DE. Posted April 28, 2013 Backroom Posted April 28, 2013 The thing is, Adkins in comparison genuinely did look gutted. I don't know what Harry was finding so funny. His post-match interview was pretty Kean-esque as well - "it's a lot of fun being in the Championship trying to get promoted to the Premiership". Yeah, it's a right laugh.
T4E Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Third relegation of Harry "Houdini" Redknapp's career. Ever wondered why he's always presented with situations where he has to dig a team out of trouble? It's cos he's @#/?.
arbitro Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 No Samba for QPR today. The phantom injury strikes again.
cn174 Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 No Samba for QPR today. The phantom injury strikes again. It appeared he just got dropped.
Backroom Tom Posted April 28, 2013 Backroom Posted April 28, 2013 Samba has been woeful for them in fairness
Backroom DE. Posted April 28, 2013 Backroom Posted April 28, 2013 £12m and 100,000k per week well spent.
bboy Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Would be interested what the odds are for QPR to get relegated next season, just have that feeling
T4E Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 £12m and 100,000k per week well spent.Worth every penny, he's a triffic player. It's amazing that football club owners still entrust Redknapp with their money.
roversfan99 Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 He signed unfit, then started to improve for a few weeks then played awfully v Fulham. Still miles better than Dann and Hanley.
youandwhosearmy Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 So glad QPR were relegated... Do not feel an ounce of pity for Hoilett or Samba...both money grabbing #%{%
Backroom DE. Posted April 28, 2013 Backroom Posted April 28, 2013 Still miles better than Dann and Hanley. Talk about being damned with faint praise.
Philly13 Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 So glad QPR were relegated... Do not feel an ounce of pity for Hoilett or Samba...both money grabbing #%{% Is Samba the player that Glen Mullan said the owners tried to get to say he was being racially abused by the fans? If so, I think i would force my way out of the club too... Cech, Reina, Friedel (still), DeGea, Foster (imo), Casillas, Neuer, Lloris, Krul (imo), Buffon, Valdes, Handanovic Brad Guzan this year, Weidenfeller, Diogo Lopez, Gustavo Munua, Willy Caballero, Begovic, Courtois Part of the problem is we always think that better keepers give up less goals. You can't really go off that at all, because that's mostly due to the defense in front of them. The best keepers aren't always the ones at big clubs. It could also be argued Neuer isn't one of the best. He's made so many gaffes this year while facing so few shots.
47er Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 Amazing that QPR had 2 experienced and highly rated managers this season in Hughes and 'Arry and made a worse fist of it than we did with Kean!
Salgado Is A Hero Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Is Samba the player that Glen Mullan said the owners tried to get to say he was being racially abused by the fans? It could also be argued Neuer isn't one of the best. He's made so many gaffes this year while facing so few shots. So true. I have this discussion quite a bit. Nobody outside of Fulham said Van Der Sar was the best keeper in the league until he went to Utd. If Given and Friedel in their prime had played for a top side, they'd be up on a pedestal along with Schmeichel and Seaman. De Gea just got in the team of the season ffs. Ahead of Begovic and Mignolet. Utter joke. They should just call it the top 6 team of the year. I actually laughed out loud when someone told me Hart's most recent mistake being classed as an "uncharacteristic error". He's made that particular error three times this season, let alone all the other mistakes over the past year, particularly parrying the ball back out into the danger zone. They went on about his performance against Dortmund like it was the greatest goalkeeping display of all time. I counted one unbelievable save. A few good other ones. He should have done better for the goal anyway. His performance in that game was nothing on some of the displays I saw Friedel give for us, or in that World Cup.
thenodrog Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 So glad QPR were relegated... Do not feel an ounce of pity for Hoilett or Samba...both money grabbing #%{% How many professional footballers in the Prem can you name who aren't?
thenodrog Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 I'm sure that there is a strong link that with the Prem team of the year containing De Gea and Rio Ferdinand and the fact that no Prem team made the semi's of the Champions League. If those two can get in the team of the season then Titus Bramble has a right to feel aggrieved! Also interesting to know whether Gareth Bale won by a late recount.

De Gea's been very good, but for me it should be Guzan. yes his team has conceded a lot, but with all the shots he's faced he really hasn't made many gaffes and he's pulled off some remarkable saves. VIlla could arguably already be relegated without him. Begovic has been solid as well.
thenodrog Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Indeed. De Gea only appears good because he was so crap last season. Good manager is Fergy but he can't spot a keeper for love nor money.
