[Archived] Season Ticket didn't work

You would think that after renewing season tickets they would actually work, mine wasn't or hasn't been re energised or whatever they do so i had to queue up at the ticket office for over 20 minutes to get a ticket, then they gave me two, one for last night and one for Saturday and told me they would try my ticket to see if it worked ----- now after counting to ten i explained that i really wouldn't have queued up for the last 20 minutes and missed that much of the game, rank bad management,i suppose that goes with the territory now, anyone else have the same issues. Still didn't miss much did I.

Yep. It happens on occasions. In the past I've been let in and left the ST with the gate steward. Much more sensible approach.
