Commondore Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Goodwille played half an hour in his debut for Palace (season long loan) this afternoon. The other players on our books currently out on loan are Myles Anderson (Aldershot), Ryan Edwards (Rochdale), Anthony O'Connor (Burton Albion) and Jordan Slew (Oldham). Does anyone hold any hope for any of them to come back as better players? I personally think it will be interesting to see what Slew can do with some game time.

dingles staying down 4ever Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Hasn't Slew been returned due to injury?
JAL Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Watched Slew play for twenty minutes in the Pompey v Oldham game on saturday before he went off injured. He fell to the floor as the game was in progress and his body language immediately suggested he was going off as he slammed his right arm down onto the turf in frustration. Watching him for the first time, he certainly didnt impress or do anything of any note to suggest he could play at a higher level but twenty minutes isnt really enough to make any far reaching judgment but one couldnt help thinking that Lenny Johnrose was a far better player at the same age.
Commondore Posted September 12, 2012 Author Posted September 12, 2012 O'Connor will apparently stay at Burton until January after having impressed their managment in the six games that he has started.
