I hadn't realised that there wasn't a thread for this!

The demo is out this week (Tuesday/Wednesday).

I hope the researchers sort out that starting XI for Rovers! Edinho isn't first choice...

Actually it annoys me when they leave out injured players from the starting XI.

Interesting stats for some of those players on the Rovers teams. All the Portugese lads minus Nuno Gomes where in the 50's, although Henrique and Rosado weren't in the squad in that video.

Edinho at 54 rating sounds about right at the moment lol.

Was disapointed last year with Rochina's stats and seems like he is about the same. Maybe that's more realistic for a championship team though.

Worth noting that the first team here is the one that played against Leicester. I imagine they just took that lineup and are using that.

I think Tombo still does the ratings which explains any errors or under/over rating. Hardly a regular attendee to see all the games now is he.

I can't feel much difference to 12 on the demo personally. Think I'm gonna give PES another go this year instead.

Eurogamer have given FIFA 13 a 9/10 reveiw score. Theyv'e also given PES 2013 the same score which makes for interesting reading when you compare the two different reviews! Worth a read.

FIFA is always on pre-order for me, I may give PES a go after Christmas.

No Diogo Rosado or Adam Henley. You can transfer Henrique from his club through editing. Was hoping for our 3rd kit to be available aswell.

Update:

RHODES is a joy to play with. Can score from anywhere, both feet, headers etc.

ETUHU's stats are disappointing. He also takes ages to keep a ball down, then takes long to pass. Great tackles and strength though. You also find him everywhere.

lol, I love playnig FIFA but but my weary old eyes and slow reactions (I'm only 36 (I think)) mean that I can't even comprehend defending on any level above semi-pro. If I put it on pro I get my arse whipped by attackers changing direction every second and leaving me for dead.

How on earth do you play on World Class?

Just mark the space and don't go in for tackles until they try to shoot/cross (unless there is a obvious moment where you can nick the ball).

Just to show how crap I am, I couldn't even get shot off as Man Utd against Wycombe. No idea what difficulty it was on, just played what was left at work.

Henley's in the team, go to 'Customise FIFA' in the main menu > Edit Teams > Change Squads/Rosters > Download Updates.

It moves Henrique to the team too, but no Rosado.

I'm disappointed with Rochina's stats tbh, he's not the best player in the world but to have just 71 for dribbling is quite underestimated

Well, thats me not playing Fifa any more - for the moment. Its not because I dont want to but because I cant. Every time I load it the thing just crashes and the only way I can carry on is to turn off the PS3 and do a hard reset.

Looking around online this is happening all over the place and not just with the PS3.

Odd. We've had it on all day every day at work and the only "blip" we've had is the penalty shoot out scores from a previous game remaining overlaid on a new game.

Maybe it's something to do with the firmware version. I know we are not up to date at work as there is no internet connection.
