davulsukur Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 They are very religious folk so wouldn't expect any less What I would expect though is they delegate this or just bloody ring him It really is that simple.

tonyoz Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Oh please, someone tell me this is a bad dream. Blackburn Rovers cannot sack Kean because of Lord Ganesh the Elephant God. I've heard some old ###### in my time, but this takes the frigging biscuit. Best post for ages!
broadsword Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Well yes, exactly. OK, you want to worship a mythical elephant, whatever floats your boat. But hey, here's an idea, how about having local management who are empowered to enact your wishes?
TBTF Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Well yes, exactly. OK, you want to worship a mythical elephant, whatever floats your boat. But hey, here's an idea, how about having local management who are empowered to enact your wishes? Well they have put up with a mythical manager............
Hasta Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I had a horrible feeling that this would come to an end when we were 10 or 12 points adrift of promotion and Kean was finally sacked. One of the things that gave me hope last weekend was that if Kean does go now we are in a far better league position that I expected and are still well place to make a real go of promotion. I'm sure Shebby is aware of this. However signs are that it will not happen till after the Wolves game. This is 3 more league games wasted which could ultimately prove a disaster. Lets say we (if we are lucky) win 1, draw 1 and lose 1. If we then miss out on promotion by a few points it will be this delay that has costs us.
rovers_rob Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Anyone know what time the presser will be today ?
dave birch Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Well yes, exactly. OK, you want to worship a mythical elephant, whatever floats your boat. But hey, here's an idea, how about having local management who are empowered to enact your wishes? Bryan has a very valid point here. You can bet your life, that if millions (or should that be billions) of Rupees were at stake, then something would have happened during this religious festival. Money (the ultimate god ) speaks louder than all others.
Mercer Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 name='rovers_rob' timestamp='1348818312' post='1313125']Anyone know what time the presser will be today ? [/b] Ian Singleton@iansingleton1 Blackburn are due to have a media conference at 0900. Will be interesting...
briansol Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Have anybody considered how difficult it will be to sack Kean if by chance we win tomorrow and maybe are top of the league?
Rover_Shaun Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Have anybody considered how difficult it will be to sack Kean if by chance we win tomorrow and maybe are top of the league? Steve. You're sacked It's that easy
BigBar Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Prepare to be angry...we all know the filth he is gonna produce at this presser 'ive a job to do, im not aware of any pressure, im the manager' yadda yadda yadda!!! Kean Out!!
trueblueroversiloveu Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 What time can we expect to hear what the creature has said?
Lurid Coat Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Andrew Cryer @CryerRovers 4m Steve kean now speaking to rovers tv. 'Business as usual' it looks like
Muddboy Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Cryer's just tweeted that Kean's currently speaking to Rovers TV. Business as usual, as he says... How utterly disappointing. He's gonna get pelters at Charlton!
Rover down South Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Have anybody considered how difficult it will be to sack Kean if by chance we win tomorrow and maybe are top of the league? Empty stadium against Wolves would do it. I think four points max from next three games anyway. Are Charlton good down the left flank? If so, maybe Kean can play two right backs again, giving us no attacking option down the right again.
dwayne cage Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Well hate to say I told you so...so...welcome to Miami.
Clitherover Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Did anyone really expect anything else?
Mercer Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Absolute shambles and disappointment. Come on Charlton, feckin hammer Kean's desperados.
BigBar Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Hes like a bad smell!! Just wont ###### off!!
Jimmy612 Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I don't know what was expected, Kean was always going to do the presser. Just wish someone would pick up the bloody phone and delegate to Karen Silk to get rid.
G Somerset Rover Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Guys he was never going to say anything different was he? Always going to be "we won't let the speculation affect us, we're on course for promotion, I speak to the owners everyday and have their backing". Only option left for fans is the boycott - nothing else has worked. Just seen a quote which does take the biscuit though - "positive talks with owners."
BigBar Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Defeat tomorrow (which is likely) and its curtains IMO...agree that the points we could drop with him in charge could be crucial, thats how fine a margin were working with!
NH1875 Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 BBC Lancashire @BBCLancashire Blackburn manager Steve Kean has urged fans not to boycott the home match against Wolves in 8 days time. #rovers
