Mrs Desai and mrs Kean are famously close so it's quite possible but as I said if it is true it shows that Shebby has less power than mrs Kean and that makes his position untenable surely?

Maybe BRFCAG and the fans forum should arrange meetings with Mrs Kean?

This 'true fan' nonsense based on calling them 'Rovers' and not 'Blackburn' is up there among the most pathetic things I have ever came across on the internet.

Desai Out.

I agree with you, sorry about that but I go to watch the Rovers, being pedantic is inappropriate at the minute.

Desai goes tomorrow, you're happy, what's your contingency?

Who knows, we might wake up tomorrow to all find Steve Kean has been sacked & the sun shines out Shebby's ass...

The fact remains, however, that Venky's ownership has been sinister, to say the least, from the very start. I get the impression a large reason other football fans dislike Rovers fans and can't understand our resentment towards Kean is because we haven't done enough to direct our fustrations to the owners. It is about time we did just that.

Having said that, regardless of what other fans think the main blame has to rest with our alleged owners anyway, Venky's need to be the direction of our frustrations. Although, I fear like a horrific Guardian story printed recently, they are used to dealing with hundreds of thousands of angry Indian chicken farmers so what are 10,000 Rovers supporters when there's money to be won (or extracted, as the case may be).

Glen M just said on twitter that the decision was made to sack him but it leaked too early and it gave Keans wife the time to talk mrs desai round

Shebby has 0 power in that case and should go with a bit of dignity at least

Please tell me that is an attempt at humour. So the slippery slimeball snake self loving ###### for breath has weasled out again looks like. Just what situation is there to be closely monitered exactl. For effin sake it's been broadcast to the entire world for nigh on two years now, somehow we are going to closely monitor it. Idiots just idiot. Is that dot on her head a valve for air refills? SHe is completely insane.

Am proud of the huge depth of feeling on this issue. 50 odd pages of comment in only 2 days. Multiply that by several considering many readers don't post, and it just shows that so many fans want the same thing. Kean (and his wife ) out !!

However, what is disappointing is that despite all being on the same side, there are elements happy enough to turn on each other and call to 'shoot the messenger', even when (as one poster pointed out), the whole point of a forum like this is to share rumours give insight and to inspire debate. Even worse is turning against and slagging off legends of the club.

Kean is the cancer here - not past legends and certainly not those who may be privy to information which sometimes comes true and sometimes doesn't, but who are happy to share anyway.

How boring and pointless would this messageboard be without guys like Kamy who are willing to pass on what they've heard. Whether it comes true or not, at least its something. To the naysayers - what are you offering ?

Who runs the brfc ladies twitter team? Obviously he wont be sacked in the foreseeable future. Salgado the other day said something like "I didnt think it was possible," and the ladies brfc twitter said just hours ago "@BRLFC: Trust me, there is no way that Steve Kean will ever be sacked."

Starting to believe those steve kean ownership rumors. Would be happy to start from scratch in the conference than this mess that we have now. The damage is irreparable.

I don't necessarrily buy into the whole Mrs Kean and Desai's relationship being the determining factor whether Kean survives a lot but i cam across this old article which was written back in May, not long after Rovers were relegated and Paul Hunt was sacked.

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/steve-keans-wife-dragged-into-mounting-chaos-at-blackburn-rovers-7729052.html

I found this particular part interesting given some of the latest rumours flying around....

"Disgraceful sacking of Hunt," Jones tweeted. "On 22 Dec he indicated to me the problem at Rovers was the close relationship between Mrs Desai and Mrs Kean."

I don't use twitter but it would be interesting to get Graham Jones feedack regarding the relationship given recent events.

I could be way off but this has now been mentioned twice when Kean has seemingly been on the ropes.

bbc reporting talks on keans future are ongoing. why would they need talks and negotiations if everything is above board and they are reported to want him out because of dwindling support/sponsorship. he is clearly the reason for this so you fire him and pay him off.

pretty clear now that kean owns part of the club or has some serious dirt/hold on the venky's. also, why would he be so determined to hold onto a job where his colleagues want him out and the supporters HATE him. a man with any self-respect or dignity would walk.

i can see the #### signing a new contract in the very near future. ###### sickening...

It seems to me this whole episode simply confirms the Rao family are bungling incompetents when it comes to managing the club.

Secondly it has to raise serious questions regarding Singh's position. He clearly indicated at the BRAG open meeting he had the power to sack Kean. As the only senior person at Ewood who has been openly anti-Kean one has to assume he is part of the reported discussions.

If such discussions are even necessary it deminstrates Singh has nothing like the power which has been attributed to him. It's simple if Singh has the family's ear they would have backed him, if he only has the support of one family member, probably Balaji, the result is this chaos.

My guess is Balaji put Singh in place, put his own cash in to fund Rhodes etc. believed after a period it would be possible to sack Kean and between them decided the first home defeat coupled with the points target was the opportunity to pull the trigger.

It hasn't worked.

All of this is conjecture on my part.
