dave birch Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 My golf game will obviously plummet after this. I was doing so well with "Kean Out" written on my ball!

Rover_Shaun Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Michel Salgado @TheRealSalgado It will be amazing to see Rovers fans back against Wolves. You can never lose that historical atmosphere

mr bishi Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Big Sam: "For the benefit of everyone, Steve left. The club is about the fans. From every point of view its right decision" I seen that appear on twitter but is it real
beerwins Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I nearly went to look at a picasso in Blackburn for sale the other day in Blackburn it had a Kean out sticker in the window, i should have gone.....I bet he wants more now.
Kamy100 Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 What an absolute relief that Kean is finally gone, never have I hated someone like I have hated Kean over the last 12 months. Even at the end though he couldn't resist a dig by thanking the "majority" of fans for supporting him. Also I am sure that the timing of his resignation was designed to cause maximum disruption for the team, the players were all unaware of Kean's resignation. However for most of them it will also be a relief. Looks like Venky's were offering him 8 months pay as compensation or put him on gardening leave. He will now go for "constructive" dismissal to try and get a bigger, I suspect that he will cite his authority being undermined and other managers being approached. But all of that is for another day, for the moment let's enjoy this and look forward to a better future. There are still many things wrong at Ewood, much of it the doing of Venky's but at least one of the biggest problems has now been removed.

How's he going to prove authority being undermined when he hasn't even been in charge of incoming or outgoing players at rovers
bob fleming Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Final word tonight, thank you to.... Nick Harris Andy Cryer Kamy Martin Blackburn (if there are two I apologise) To Mr Cryer... You always concentrated on the negatives. There were no positives. It can't have been easy. Cheers.
Rover_Shaun Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Kamy, any news on a possible replacement??? or the type of manager they want either experience or young up and coming manager??? Flamin eck. The MD had no clue, the old hag had no clue. They are no doubt all in a tizz until Monday

Kamy100 Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Kamy, any news on a possible replacement??? or the type of manager they want either experience or young up and coming manager??? No idea at the moment. This caught everyone by surprise. During the summer Balaji wanted Karl Robinson and Holloway. Venky was interested in Curbishley. But now Shebby is on the scene I suspect he will have his own ideas, hopefully things will become clearer next week. For the moment let's celebrate Kean being removed.
RibbleValleyRover Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Venky's are on their last chance now, they have to get this new appointment right.
davulsukur Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 I wonder which club he and Anderson have lined up to F##k up next? I posted before how I was surprised that he hadn't walked. I think him doing this might allow him to gain sympathy by playing the victim card. Chances of him getting another managers job are slim but I would be good to see him vilified by another set of fans. People might actually get what we complained about for the last 2 years.
