The Rover of Finland Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Got to be over 20,000 this game? I hope it´s more like 25K. Double the figures from previous matches would really make the point and should catch attention from national media also.
ChrisyG Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 My brother and I have got tickets! First game since Wigan. Hurrahh!
den Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Definitely be there. You wont. We're away for the weekend.
RevidgeBlue Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 I am in Spain for 2 weeks from Monday but will be back for the Sheff Wed game!! Excused!
RevidgeBlue Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 I hope it´s more like 25K. Double the figures from previous matches would really make the point and should catch attention from national media also. We rarely managed 25k home fans when we won the Premiership! Getting back up to around 17k home fans initially would be a decent effort imo. 20k home fans or better would be sensational in all the circumstances.
philipl Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 It will certainly be over 20k. Wolves are among the better supported away teams.

Last time I was there we were under Big Sam but Venky´s had arrived.
levi Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 i really hope the attendance is up or the press will rip us to shreds.. i can't make it myself but i'll give my season tickets away to someone who can
onlyonejackwalker Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 There is no chance of a sell out but a healthy increase will be pleasing. For those like me that renewed, it will be great to again see many of the seats around me occupied. Looking forward to enjoying my football again and as mentioned elsewhere singing the manager's name at my club. COYB. Nothing lasts forever.
Mattyblue Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 The only issue will be that the big drop in attendance is largely down to St holders not renewing, now I'm not sure that a lot of those fans would start buying tickets match by match. What SHOULD be happening is a revised ST being put on sale Monday morning.
philipl Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Hotel rooms in and around Blackburn are selling out fast
Oklahoma Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Excused! Excused! Only if Kelbo is going to Spain to sign Guardiola!! lol
Ianrally Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Just been down to Ewood to buy 2 tickets for the game. A steady queue of happy fans who are overjoyed to be able to return. Buzzing was the feeling.
Martin Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Two tickets purchased and Emirates flight booked to Manchester. (I'm home for work so can't claim I'm coming home just because Kean has been sacked but it sounds good, doesn't it?) Kean is out. Champagne is out.
Gav Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Just been and bought our tickets for Wolves, will also be renewing the season tickets in due course.
Lie_still_Rover Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Took me 20 minutes to get through. I'm away at the moment or would've nipped in as I live 10 seconds from Ewood. Depending on who Venkys appoint I'm strongly considering a season ticket. It's going to be 20000+ for Wolves
Ossydave Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Good to see folk sticking to their word and coming back, hope the pattern on this messageboard is reflected with the general public too. We would look VERY stupid if we had a sub-20K attendance next week!
Ferrit Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Was just on hold for a good ten minutes with the ticket office. Hoping for a real good attendance for this one.
OJRovers Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Will Agnew deflate the attendance figure out of loyalty to Kean?
philipl Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Will Agnew deflate the attendance figure out of loyalty to Kean? Hopefully Agnew will have been deflated before we play Wolves!
Eddie Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Trains and tickets booked. Looking forward to it now.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Just get yourself down and lets prove a point to those Kean defenders..actions speak louder than words.
