I never do charity but I lost my dad in 2001 to cancer and think its time to try and raise a few pounds .

I do it every year but never set up a charity page for it. Probably should at some point but happy just to raise awareness and have some fun with my facial hair for a month for now.

Ran the 5 k in Heaton park this morning - well, ran might be a slight exaggeration although I ran more than I walked and i never stopped. Next challenge is to actually do 5k running all the way.
