Shebby, if you are reading this, you need to hire an experienced man. This way, if all does go wrong at least you can turn around and say that you hired somebody who provided the least amount of risk. This squad is capable of promotion with an experienced captain in charge of the ship.

Please learn from the previous mistakes of the club's owners and allow the fans to get behind the team and help fire them to promotion.

This just confirms the lack of knowledge at the club now.

If I met Tim Sherwood or Billy Mckinlay I would sake their hands and thank them for the contribution they made to the club, but to have them as managers now after the turmoil of the last 18 months with a novice no mark of a manager in charge, just goes to show nothing have been learnt about the disastrous18 months the fans have to go through!

What a prize tool this man is. Have said it from day one and stand by it. An utter clown who will unravel any good work he may have done by helping get rid of Kean by appointing some no-mark because he wants to stroke his own ego and claim to have discovered the next big thing.

Poor choice of the word persecuted aside, there is a different view towards ex players at our club. One of the more intriguing models out there is the current Ajax one, with 4/5 ex players involved.

Still not convinced by the Holloway/McCarthy options. Amusing interviews aside, they are middle of the road journeymen, we were a little bit better than that type of manager, if we start accepting it now then standards have certainly dropped.
