Why wouldn't it work?

Other than because he would probably laugh his socks off if we ever approached him?

Strugglednwith Chelsea, last few jobs he has not covered himself in glory. Add that to the fact that he would never put up with the Venkys bullshit says that it wouldnt be a good marriage.

All IMO obviously, though I am rarely wrong.

MG was just going to say where have you been hiding? I would have thought you would be too embarassed to show your face around here and please tell me why we should believe you that Black won't get the job? after all you confidently said before the season began 100% we would have a shirt sponsor sorted & it wouldn't be a charity so how did that go?.

I wish we would stay on topic off talking about the next manager.

if you want to talk about GM, start a new thread or not follow him on twitter. fairly simple really.

I dont disagree with that. If he is a target hopefully we are talking to his agent about whether he would be interest in the job. If he is, hopefully we will talk to him offically after MK dons game tomorrow against Preston at Deepdale that is live on Sky sports tomorrow at 1pm.

Also Mark Howard our senior head of sports science has left the club during pre-season. David Dunn said this in his interview with LT today paper. Did Rovers/Kean replace him with a good enough Fitness coach. probably not but this is a major issue that the new manager needs to look at in his 1st week of the job.

I think they replaced him with runyer balloksov ;)

We have clueless owners employing no marks to employ the most important person at the club, what could go wrong?

I'm fairly sure that two negatives make a positive so to a mathematical degree of certainty I can announce we'll be employing Mourinho as manager. Or Shebby. I get those two confused.

He is aware of fans getting anxious, and was wondering why everyone was so 'twitchy'. Explained that this was because of the way things have gone under Venky's ownership.

I have no problems with them taking their time, but it doesn't look likely at the moment that we will get someone in this week (but that could change) so that would be three weeks, and then you begin to worry.

My other concern is Shebby himself. Why does a global advisor spend so much time at Brockhall? My worry is that he might start to fancy a more 'hands on role'.

Are we going to see Agnew & Shaw in training kit down at Brockhall? Mrs D in a shell suit?

A new manager will not be put off by the fans, the stature of the club, the squad, the need to be promoted. They will be put off by the dicks running our club.

If you were in a room with Shebby / Agnew / Shaw / Mrs D & the chuckle brothers - who would you draw inspiration from?

Also please stop singing "Shebby is our King"

It's Keaning cringeworthy & his ego is already Keaning our club.

Keaning stop it!!!

As I said many moons ago when I first joined this forum, I can only repeat what I hear. I don't make any decisions and I'm not consulted when people change their minds on club matters.

The shirt sponsor - It's possible that I only heard half of the conversation. I now hear that we might be wearing these special charity sponsor strips for 'friendly' games or exhibition matches.

So I take it we're staying sponsorless this season then? With quite a few games gone I wouldn't have thought it was as good a deal for any potential sponsor now.

Not that i'm complaining - love the shirt as it is!

Seems bizarre that we don't have any kind of shirt sponsor or even a charity, My mind says the Venkys just keep hoping they will get to a point with the fans where we will accept having the Venky logo on the shirt, Its pretty much common knowledge one of the main reasons for buying a Premier league club(at the time!!!) was for brand awareness, but as far as the venky and fan relationship goes its always 1 step forward 2/3 steps back.

Personally if they get the right manager in, keep investing in players(when necessary) and get the promotion bid back on track, then i couldn't care less if they plastered their logo everywhere they fancied(it beats the usual boring financial or betting logos).

as if they'll get the right man in and get the promotion bid back on track what gives you any impression this is likely to happen cos these loons can't do anything right....if you was a manager would you risk working for these ? having shebby telling you what to do ?...I doubt it as don't think theres many managers or ex managers on the breadline at the moment

Its was just a theory, i was only thinking out loud and saying what they would have to do(not what i think they will do).

Also did anybody else pick up in Cryers article with Bruno in todays LT where it was stated quite clearly that of all the portuguese players brought in only Nuno Gomes speaks any English, Surely this is going to be a big issue for any new manager(unless he speaks portuguese!).
