  1. 1. Which of the following managers would you accept

Also did anybody else pick up in Cryers article with Bruno in todays LT where it was stated quite clearly that of all the portuguese players brought in only Nuno Gomes speaks any English, Surely this is going to be a big issue for any new manager(unless he speaks portuguese!).

Unless he comes from Brazi or Portugal.

Scolari latest, same ITK, deal to be concluded Tues, subject to Int. clearance.

I'm gonna regret this but! If Scolari has been the one the Raos wanted for some time, or at least since he became available which was around mid September, is it possible that the rumour of Wilkins looking around the area for property part of the plan, Scolari did bring Wilkins in as his assistant coach in 2008. Lot of ifs and rumour based but no more than any other manager in the frame atm.

I wish we would just get this over with. get a bloody manager in.

That Mirror piece is so bad it's laughable:

"The Seasiders’ gaffer keeps chickens at his Lancashire home, making him a perfect fit for Rovers’ Indian owners Venky’s, who made their fortune from poultry farming."

I didn't bother reading any further than that, clearly a load of made-up sensationalism.

I still have a nagging feeling (and cheeky bet outstanding) that Murphy will be in Venky's minds for the role.

There was much talk that he was the next Rovers manager when he joined, must surely be on huge wages and isn't doing much on the playing front.

Anyone hear anything that genuinely rules him out?

He would be a good choice as manager.didnt think we would be able to attract him to rovers. I would defo take him.

He probably won't come anyway why would he give up a side that respects him, wants to do well for him and isn't a bunch of Portugese fishermen,a bunch of has beens, a Scot that isn't Scottish and a pensioner, that's not a pensioner because occasionally he has a good game like 2 games in every 30.

He'd be mad to leave Blackpool to come to us......though he is a bit off his trolley!
