For what its worth I imagine he's hinting at 'aye aye captain' as suggested previously or 'aye aye sir' perhaps hinting at someone with links to the navy.

i would be double happy with grayson. hes got huddersfield competitive when i personally thought they would struggle with out rhodes, and he can get jordan performing to his best
