will Balaji and Mrs D give the go ahead for an approach for Holloway now???

or will we end Shebby as DoF and Black as Head Coach?

So Holloway in, promotion for Shaw, Agnew and Shebby out. Sounds like it might be popular.

prefer Agnew out.

Hollway in as manager, Shaw stays on as MD and Shebby keep communicating to fans.

Your version seems more palatable, think Agnew is not getting the attention his part in the last two years deserves ,.If Shaw gets his feet under the table though we might see some success but rack up massive debt like during his spell at Nob End

Hearing that this is still very much the case, despite SS hunting around desperately for someone less likely to make his life difficult.

This is what I've heard from three separate people (now four).

Black not in the frame at all. Balaji likes Olly but he has been told we can do better. As yet the only person who they all seem to agree on is Robinson. The promise of someone better isn't materialising.

And Sherwood looks like its dead deal.

That's my ITK info. It all could be BS (apart from Bala liking Olly which i know is 100% true). Feel free to blow it out of the water, I'd love to know what's really going on :)

It' pretty obvious the split between Shebby and Shaw is causing big problems as too who we appoint.

Shebby wants Sherwood whilst Shaw wants experience, Ollie and Grayson being his shouts.

If we can't get this resolved by next weekend, depending on OGS being interested I'd wait.

The pluses with OGS over the other two would be worth the wait.

There really is no need for panic or appointing someone for the sake of it. Take a look at Reading, from Wiki.

16 December 2009 and Brian McDermott made caretaker manager the same day.[18] In the 2010–11 FA Cup, Reading reached the quarter-final, where they lost 1–0 to Manchester City at the City of Manchester Stadium,[19] Reading eventually finished 5th in the Championship to qualify for the division's play-offs.[20] After beating Cardiff City in the semi-finals they lost 4–2 to Swansea City in the final at Wembley Stadium.[21][22] In the 2011–12 season a streak of good form in the second half of the season, ensured promotion to the Premier League.

After 11 games they had 15 points, they had something like 27 points, finished top with 89, of course McDermott had already been with them for half of the previous season, I believe OGS could do the job needed.

Can he be talked around is another question, well worth the wait if he can, IMO.

I'm going to start off with a joke.

Shebby Singh is my hero! How dare you guys slander, make fun of and abuse him?! He has done so much for the club and this is what he gets in return?! Baseless accusations and being hounded out of the club?! HOW DARE YOU! LONG LIVE SHEBBY SINGH! The Raja of Blackburn Rovers! :P :P :D

Now that everyone is done laughing, I'll move on to more serious issues. Before everyone hops onto the Shebby Singh out or Shebby Singh is a power-hungry kean blocking Holloway bandwagon, I might want to raise the point that all these accusations are based on rumors so far. Philipl, Earl's friend who works for the club, etc. are the ones telling us all these stuff. Now I don't think they are lying and they are perhaps confident that their sources are right, and I appreciate them feeding us all these information but I think we should take those inside sources with a pinch of salt. Such power struggles haven't been reported in the media like the Lancashire Telegraph, Skysports, etc (I bet they would love to report those if they get their hands on confirmation that such conflicts are taking place withint the club), and are being exposed by people only on this messageboard. Even Glen Mullan doesn't mention about them.

As such, it might be too hasty to jump into conclusions and condemn Shebby Singh for blocking Holloway's transfer. Was it Earl who said Shebby is adamant on blocking Holloway's move? If that is the case, why are media outlets all reporting Holloway as an almost done deal? Doesn't add up. While I think Earl is trustworthy, I think the sources feeding him and Philipl and others might need a closer look at - for all we know, these sources could have their agendas, they could be anti-Shebby or pro-Shaw or whatever, and so are leaking dangerously exaggerated information to wind the fans up, or to oust Shebby Singh for whatever agenda they have (or revenge because they are pro-Kean and on Agnew's side).

Just saying we should be careful in choosing what to believe instead of hastily judging people and demanding that they leave the club whenever we hear of not so good rumors. Let's wait until Wednesday to see if a new manager does come in.

Maybe Shebbys telling porkies to put people off the scent then?

Just saying.

Just because Shebby doesn't appear to be Ollys biggest fan doesn't mean he won't appoint him. He would like to find someone better and journos are banking on the fact that he won't, and common sense will prevail leading to Holloways appointment.

is Shaw trying to get the Holloway manager deal sorted behind Shebby back then go to Balaji and Mrs D to give the go ahead to confirm the deal without Shebby knowing?

just a thought ;)

No.

I'd prefer to be going to bed with Scarlett Johansson every night, but sadly, we can't always get what we want.....

nicko still convinced that rovers wont get holloway unless singh has a change of heart, hes the one blocking the deal. Quite frankly i have had enough

And to think people are heralding Shebby as our saviour. He's just as bad as everyone else in this mess.

But if we do get Holloway, all these rumors of Shebby blocking the deal would mean we're being wound up by nicko et al for no reason. And if the new manager on Wednesday turns out to be much better than Holloway, I think people are going to apologize to Shebby Singh before praising him again. The chances of that happening though, are probably near zero, so let's just carry on with the Shebby bashing and continue it even after a new manager is appointed on Wednesday (if he really is).

Easier to call him that than Singh. And there are so many people with the surname Singh no one will know which Singh you're referring to.

Only one Singh involved in the BRFC hierarchy though?

We could still get Holloway if Sherpy fails to discover the next Mourinho. In which case it would be a reluctant appointment.

This isn't just Nixon saying this btw. One person I heard it from is friendly with Shelby.

i wish we would should singh up a manager

Are you drunk?
